I guess I just started a fight because I'm chosing who's right and who's wrong. Yes, I think MadMax is right, fighting/bickering is all apart of debating, from the many debates I have heard, it always has some sort of fighting/bickering involved.
I don't think were fighting at all. But fighting makes things much more interesting, and allows people to really stand up for their opinion, which I truly believe spices up things.
I think it's impossible for Lilly to get bored of her job. We all know how much she loves her job, and how close to her heart it is.
Let me say again, its an opinion I have...some people may agree with, some people may not. But if Lilly decides to leave cold case's for the FBI, it obviously has something to do with Cannavaugh. And personally, (again my opinion) I'd rather her stay with the team. Its fiction, they can write it whatever way they want.

Debate is fine, but fighting is not.
Let me put it this way; as soon as the name calling, and insults come out then Electrophile and myself will be taking action.

Well I think we all know she is right. Debating always involves some sort of bickering/fighting...So I guess debating shouldn't be allowed the, right? Bickering and fighting is NOT debate, nor does it have any place on these boards. Proper debate and discussion does not involve fighting and everyone knows that. I'm not going to repeat myself -- if you want to debate and discuss the merits of who Lilly will end up with, where she'll end up, that's fine by me and every other mod/admin here. If there's going to be catfighting and bickering and general sophomoric behavior, I'm going to put a stop to it. You can stand up for your opinion and make your stance known without resorting to fighting. |

Debate is fighting, no matter how you admins look at it. Its not a fight with name calling but i dont need to call anyone "jack***" to show my disrespect towards them and offend them. Let's be honest - in debate everyone comes with their own opinion ant their own observatrions that (when it comes to CC fans, or any other fans) are very strong and Im sure im not ablke to convice anyone to change their opinion, therefore if i express it and anyone else expresses it we just go back and forward sayiong the same damn thing over and over agian not really changing each others minds but...fighting.
@reverend - why do you assume Lilly will get bored with her job? And going back to what you said earlier - why moving to FBI is going higher in her career??? Is being a detective really in your eyes such low-end boring job??? I dont know what is your job position, but if you enjoy it will you ever want to change it? Why the hell would you do that if you love (i mean love as in you go to bed and you cant wait to get up to go to work) your work??? And i believe Lilly is the same way, therefore she wont get bored.
@reverend (look at that, gonna be a guest quite often in my posts, coz i just dont like your opinion. i respect it, but i dont like it) - Cold Case is a TV show, i watch it for my pleasure, therefore i dont give a damn if Lilly will be happy...yes, i said it. I watch a show because i enjoy it and the moment ill stop enjoying it ill stop watching it. So i want Lilly to stay in the PD and not date that FBI guy.
Someone mentioned (cant look it up now, sorry) that it wouldnt be bad for Lilly to date FBI guy (not good with names so ill just call him that)....that scenerio was used namy times now, and the best one was done in The Closer and no matter how hard they will try no one will have better PD-FBI relationship than Brenda and Fritz so lets not even try to get Lilly and FBI guy together coz it wont work out.
EVERYTHING YOU HAVE READ ABOVE IS MY PERSONAL OPINION TO WHICH IM ENTITLED (and anyone would have to try very hard to change it)

No one said you weren't entitled to your opinion, and frankly I'm a little insulted that you think the admins believe you're not. Also, I don't think anyone is of the opinion that they can "change" your mind, nor would they try. Of course in a debate, everyone is going to have their own opinions and ideas, but they discuss them respectfully and with deference to someone else's opinion. Fighting is disrespectful and again, has no place on this board. I am a little disheartened that I've had to say about about 3 times now.
This is the last post on this matter, and if this continues I'm locking the thread. DEBATE IS NOT FIGHTING. If you (this goes for everyone here, not just you personally) can't debate or discuss the spoilers without fighting, then we're going to have a problem. I think both myself and TRB have been very reasonable toward everyone in this thread concerning this issue and I think we're both getting tired of repeating ourselves. If you think either one of us have been in error in our handling of this issue, feel free to PM Naj or Trublu and ask them to step in.

Then certain someone should stop telling me i should wait till episode airs before ill start forming my opinion of this FBI guy. i was 2 epis with him already and i got my opinion bout him. so certain someone - stop telling me to believe differently!
