@reverend Bizzare - Well I think I speak for a lot of people when I say that the team shouldn't be split up for the ending. Yes, I am a shipper, but that doesn't mean I will say that Lilly needs to be with Scotty or the show is ruined. All I'm saying is she deserves someone who understands how long, and how close she is with her team, and obviously, this Canavaugh is not that type of guy. So I say, she deserves better!

WTF. Just because Ryan and Lilly are investigating a case or something it doesn't mean they're gonna put Lilly on the FBI. Isn't that like a long process?

on the bonnie hunt show she said that in this episode they were trying to recruit lilly for the FBI

I dont know he is that type of guy. But Im suspecting it, which it totally fine. But...her possibley moving to the FBI, and him being with the FBI is kinda suspicious to me. Its my opinion, and I'm sticking with it.

Personally, I think it would be cool if Lilly moved up. It's just as either ninja or Todd stated; it's completely unrealistic for us to expect that Lilly will never move up, and remain on that team; Scotty will also never have a chance to move on up; and neither Jeffries or Stillman will retire.

Its fiction...anything can happen. I'm sure the writers would rather end it with a happy ending, and not split them apart.

By moving up I mean that Lilly should have a chance to grow, and evolve.
I just wish (in vain it would seem) that people would give Ryan a chance instead of seemingly making him out to be an abusive guy.
It seems like every single time Lilly meets a guy, there's a cry against it, and it seems to always revolve around the following.
1. So and so guy is not good for Lilly; she should be with Scotty.
2. Lilly shouldn't be with a guy, she should become a nun, or at least celibate.
I'm going to give this Ryan character a chance, and no matter what happens to Lilly, I'm going to be happy for her

1. FBI gives chance to grow and evolve? and other way around work in local PD does not?
2. way Ryan talks gives impression thats hes abusive and has only one feeling - anger.
3. we all see Lil as special and that means not giving her away to just anyone! come on, we all think of her as a daughter that deserves a prince and no one will be ever good enough!

Maybe thats the impression you get Reverend, but I think we all want Lilly to be happy, and whether it be with Scotty, or someone else, it does matter. And most of us want the team together, and Canavaugh seems to be doing the exact oppoisite to that.

Eduardo. Will you and Reverend both get over the Lilly/Scotty shippers! Were not even talking about them. We're talking about wanting Lilly to be happy, and not split up from the team, WHICH MAKES THE SHOW!! I really couldn't care less if you dont want them together, the subject is based on Canavaugh, not Scotty, so dont bring him into and act as if we're revolving it around him when were not. There's nothing wrong with wanting Lilly and Scotty as a couple, but leave that out of it. But seeing you did bring Scotty into it, I guess I'll start  There obviously IS something there more than friendship, you're just too blind to see 'cause you refuse to see it. I'm not blind...Nor are the millions of other ships. There meant to be, it's just fate. If they don't end the show with them together, theres going to be alot of complaining. Yes, there is more than friendship. there is what i call "a special friendship", Lots of confidence but nothing in a sexual way! This is not WAT where detectives had sex between them. The CC squad are professionals and they know it's forbidden.
I'll wait to see more of Ryan. Maybe he's at work like that but he can be different in his personal life.
About the FBI thing. If that means a better future for Lilly (better salary, better benefits)... Oh yeah, she could take it I mean.... I don't understand why not

Who said a relationship has to be sexual? People can survive without sex.
Maybe he'll treat her great, which I really am happy for her, I want Lilly to be happy, but, I don't want the team split up. No matter how money she will earn, no matter how much fame she will get, the show revolves around the team, thats all of them, together. Ending it with Lilly leaving is just ruining the show when they can end it successfully.

only thing is eduardo that if Ryan is trying to recruit Lilly to FBI and at the same time develops something more for her and flirts with her (and thats what it looks like now from spoilers) he's worst than Scotty! so Lilly deserves someone better than Ryan. there, case closed. Ryan is not worth Lilly's time.
