I can't really put my finger on specifics. It just didn't really draw me in. As with any CC episode, I'll always watch every last minute, but this one just seemed to drag. At first I thought the same but later I gave it a "good" without the glory other gave it... We all have different taste. I'm still waiting for a really old case. This is the first season ever without a single case from any of the decades of 1910, 1920, 1930 or 1940

eduardo- It's not going to happen this season, just accept it already.. I watched this episode twice and I found myself liking it after awhile, it had fine acting and good points to it.

Still I think KM is still worthy of an emmy; this episode proves it.

Although I enjoyed it, I was rather put off by the fact that may of the characters in the modern day should have been 90-100 years old, yet looked about 70 at worst. This was bordering on ridiculous.

I know: However, They looked like 80. The victim's wife was like 30 when the victim was killed: The case was 62 years ago. 30 + 62 = 92. She looked like 80 yrs old. I know that was off but the case was really powerful. The ending was REALLY Moving with the voice off reading the letter

Wow! This episode rocked! And it had the songs of a Beatle in it, which made it all the better! John Lennon is very cool. His work with The Beatles (he actually founded the group in the late 50s) was, and is, remarkable. And his solo works are legendary too! I got to hear all of his favorites of mine as a solo artist. In fact, John is my favorite Beatle as a solo artist. I'm very glad that Yoko allowed this to happen. The way they worked John's favorites of mine into the story makes me rank this as one of my all time favorites, hands down! It's hard to beat the music of classics like "Revolution" from S2 and "Honor" from S3, but this one did in my view. Granted, watching Pete struggle and watching what he went through was a little troubling (schizophrenia), and that crazy doctor (he used to be a detective on the first season of "Close To Home" - recognized him) who killed Dr. Ramirez at the end was bad too. But I liked how Lilly took that extra effort to connect with Pete and she solved the case because of her efforts. Plus, Lilly looked beautiful, but that is the case in every episode. This was a great way to wind down the season, and it makes me look forward to what is to come! Rock on, Cold Case!

It's odd that Pete saw both Julie and Lilly differently, but there was a certain light cast over them as if it was delosion which it seemed to be. Perhaps this symbolized the importance of both the women or that he needed to see them differently in order to understand.

I thought this episode was okay. I really didn't care much about the case, but it was interesting the way they worked John Lennon's music into the episode.

I thought it was an okay episode but liked that Scotty stood up for Lilly.
Vera might just still be upset about what happened but I liked that Kat got the wine bottle taken from her by Will.
For those who are curious, the courts don't start a case till maybe a few months after the arrest or incident. (I know this from watching Law & Order)
