Well, even in CSI Las Vegas there are some episodes where the full cast is not present Of course this could just be a rumor, let's wait until we know completely the truth.. Cold Case would be bad without all of it's cast, it would lose it's main focus completly. |

Tracie definitely posted on her blog that she and two other cast members will only be in 16 out of 22 episodes. Here is the info: blogs.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=blog.ListAll&friendID=39797527 I would guess that Jeremy Ratchford and Thom Barry are the other two because they are the bottom three in terms of billing. But we won't know for sure for a while, probably. I don't think it's that big a deal and I LOVE Jeffries, Vera, and Miller. I used to watch Veronica Mars and most of the regular cast members of that show weren't contracted for every episode. Maybe it means those three will get more interesting storylines for the episodes that they are present for! I'm just glad that the show got picked up for 22 episodes and not just 13 or something. |

OK. Let's see: It's not bad 3 of them won't be in 6 episodes. Only 6 episodes. In some shows not all the main cast members are in every single episode...

DP is the co-star... So difficult to be him, too. (At least that is what I hope... ;D) Stillman is their boss so his role is basic, except if he leave the team to Jeffries for some reason... (What team actually?? Only Lilly and Scotty??!! Anyway, they need some directions from someone...) |

I have to agree with EDR. It would be rather presumptuous for a cast member to post (in a public place no less) the amount of episodes that will be showing if they did not in fact actually know.

One possibility--Tracie's blog says three of them will only be in 16 episodes, but that doesn't mean all three will be missing the same episodes. For instance there could be six eps where Miller isn't there, another six where Vera (for instance) isn't and, and another six where Jeffries (for instance) isn't there. It's not necessarily that all three will be missing at the same time for six eps. So if only one or two characters are missing in a given episode, it might not seem that strange.
