I think he's definitely alive but it would be interesting if he is a cold case in another state and it links their detectives back to Philly. Who knows but I'll stop typing before my mind goes away with me. That's an interesting idea. You should write it in a fic  |

I think he's alive. Personally I think he left because Cristina wasn't his (ah, but that's just a plot bunny lol) and that he could resurface some time when all the bullet-angst is over. They're prob going to get some mileage out of that. I'm hoping he'll surface anyway. Feeling damn guilty.

He may have not agreed with the kind of life Ellen decided to follow  If it is the case, he is a very selfish person who prefered to leave his daughters ain order to escape his wife. He may come in the show in the last season, in that way, Lilly could have resolved all her familial problems |
