Missed out on commenting on this last week ... (KM's fault ...  ) ... but, there are now only two episodes left until the season finale! Wow, this season has gone by quick. I sometimes forget the cable shows only give us 10 or 12 eps per run. Have to agree with frenchfan that last week's "Blindsided" was probably the best episode to date - if not one of the best in the whole series. It was so, so good. I kinda think Kevin Bacon ought to direct an episode of CC. It was that good. This week's came back down to earth a bit ("Culture Shock") given it was the first in about two weeks where Brenda didn't seem to be getting stabbed or shot at. LOL! Much comic relief with her parents still in town. I just don't know how this show continues to mix the drama with the humor - they are too good at it! More thoughts over at Pass The Remote. |

LK, Kevin Bacon directed an episode of "the Closer"  hehe if so, that's just too weird. I mean bossing around your girlfriend(Kyra Sedgewick) =P lol. I loved this week's episode of "the Closer" hehe...I feel so proud of myself that I was able to understand what the chinese people were saying in mandarin(i'm cantonese, but learning mandarin). |

I loved this week's episode of "the Closer" hehe...I feel so proud of myself that I was able to understand what the chinese people were saying in mandarin(i'm cantonese, but learning mandarin). WOW! Go cbl! Right on!  I admit I was really trying hard just to to make sure I could spell all the name of the husband and wife correctly. He has. He directed last week's ("Blindsided"), and he also directed second season's "Serving the King Part 2" (half of the two-part special that aired in December 2006). He talks about directing "Blindsided" here, and a bit more jokingly about he and Kyra working together on the show here. |

Omg poor Brenda!!!!!!! Can she have sweets?? or no?? Because it just said that she can't have chocolates....man poor Brenda!!!

awwwwwww no chocolates and she got poison oak on her legs and a surgery to top it all off!! Man is Brenda having a bad week.

Yay!! New episodes of "The Closer" returns on December...although I can no longer catch them because they're on soo late on a school night. awwww....oh well...at least we won't have to wait so long and that's what the internet is for  . |

I'm WAY late on posting here, but I thought the wrap of Season 3 was just great. On the whole, it was another fabulous season of Brenda and the team! Definitely looking forward to the two-part special in December. Last year's was really good, and I have no doubt they'll deliver again this year! What's the December special about?? Is it like a new season of "The Closer"? Hi cbl ... the December special is just one episode (but is a two-parter) called "Next of Kin." Last year's was really quite good. Am not sure what this one will be about. Previews will probably start in November or so (I think). TNT loves to run those promos (sometimes a little too much - LOL!). Season 4 won't start up until next summer. |

So glad you enjoy this show, too, foxfire0114! It is tied with CC as my favorite show. Good news: It looks as though the December special episode (which is technically two parts, but airs in one two-hour chunk) is set to air December 3rd. TNT could change this (they've done it the past), but keep that date in mind for your next Brenda and Co. fix! |

I hope everyone got to tune in for the special - I thought it was fantastic! So much going on (as usual). The show just continues to get better and better.
