Not shocked but I have to say I'm still angry. CBS NEVER gave this show a fair shot. We have stupid reality shows that feature awful,hatefull people, dramas like the Transplant showthat were pointless and yet this show, which even in its later years could still produce quality episodes has been axed for the almighty $$$.
And make no mistake, that's what did this show in. It sickens me that a quality show was canned. I only hope they had the deceny to tell the cast before hand.

Our only hope, now, since CBS hasn't made it official is that they move it to another night. It was just announced that "Old Christine" may go to ABC.

What makes me mad about this whole thing is that in due time, CBS will stop showing re-runs of Cold Case. TNT will still show them (hopefully), but if you don't have cable, or satellite, then tough cookies. This show will probably never be released on DVD, and CBS seems to hate the idea of making this show viewable online. (and I'm not talking through illegal means either. They could put it up on Hulu, or Youtube for example.)
So, not only is the show cancelled, but there could come a time when we won't even get to see the old episodes any more.

NONONONONOOOOOOO!  I hate CBS now! They canceled COLD CASE, but they kept CSI 1,2,3, NCIS 1, and 2, and now even another CRIMINAL MINDS. I'm soo mad at CBS !!! This sucks! |

Given the fact Jeremy Ratchford posted on IMDB thanking everyone for watching, I'm pretty sure it's canceled. I wanted one more year...but knew it was a long shot.

Fox better not cancel Bones, or you might see me on the news.
This is just so irritating -- they'll spend more time and money on crappy reality shows than they will on dramas that have plots, substance and FANS.

I'm am so devastated that the canceled the only highlight I have every week. Right now I'm seriously crying, bawling my eyes out. They didn't just cancel the only show that I can actually say is my favorite of all times. They also canceled Ghost Whisperer. Now I really don't have a need for a tv anymore. CBS has definitely made a big mistake cause they just lost more viewers then they think. I'm too upset that I'm going to go mourn is silence now.

It's almost ironic -maybe that isn't the right term- but the whole point of Cold Case was so that people wouldn't be forgotten. But it's like, with no more seasons, in the future, no more reruns, no DVDs, this show really will be forgotten and only the fans that watched it during it 's run would be aware of it. I hope i made sense. |
