Last year it was on the bubble, but they actually showed reruns of Cold Case after the s6 finale. The fact that they're going to show a 2009 episode of CSI in its place is not good.
The only hope that I can see now is that the show is picked up by another station, or channel.

Gosh, I really hope CC doesn't get canceled. It's one of the few shows I watch on network TV anymore. There's so much about it that is awesome and it sucks that this is what's happening to it.

Well, at least they show the reruns on TNT. And, if we're lucky, maybe we'll see a DVD release in about ten years!

The fact they're showing a rerun of CSI in it's time slot is NOT a good sign... but then again. I don't put huge stock in what shows they chose to show in a rerun, as the summer scedule tends to get a bit screwy... Having said that, I do think this is it's last year....pity that it's being sacrificed due to the almighty dollar while silly reality shows starring people who have no business being on camera take its place.

Well, if the cast hasn't been told yet as to if the show is canceled or not, they must be going crazy since CBS hasn't said anything. Unless the cast has been told before they shot the season finale but asked to not say anything, they must have been upset.
I know there is a saying, 'no news is good news' right?
But I'm nervous and just hopeful.

I think the opinion is not that older people don't spend money, but that there's a much greater prevalence of brand loyalty among older consumers while younger ones are much more likely to be swayed by advertising. |

And I don't think they did, because if I remember right, KM stated somewhere that they had pulled out all the stops to ensure a season 8.
But, then they could have told them like a week or two before the finale aired.

You have to put your zip code in the zap2it or TV Guide sites that you use to check online schedules. I've even checked the DVR as to finding shows like CC and all it shows is two episodes during the weekend on ABC, for me, and on TNT. So far nothing for CBS affiliate in San Diego. |

rm2, actually, I don't know if maybe ABC got an okay from CBS to air the re runs on the weekends but here, it's on at 7pm on Saturday and on at 5pm on Sunday. Unless the local affiliates for ABC and CBS talked to each other.. I'm gonna see Saving Patrick Bubley tomorrow..

Well if you look at the list of picked up Pilots CBS is not listed for anything new. So that's a good sign that if they don't have something to put in the time slot then Cold Case has a better chance of keeping it for another season!  |
