When they were finaly allowed to see their baby girl Lilly started crying seeing a newborn connected to all machines. Scotty held Lil under the arm seeing her sway of her legs.
"She is on antibiotics and medications that are standard for a premature baby. Preliminary test results don't show any major complications but we're going to keep her here for at least a month. Do you have a name for her chosen?"
Lilly leaned over warmer bed and gently stroked baby's back "Yes. Sierra. Sierra Kayla Valens"
"Would you like to hold her?" When Lilly nodded doctor instructed her to sit down and then gently placed the preemie on Lilly's chest. When Sierra gripped her mum's finger Lil let few tears trickle down her cheeks.
Scotty felt his phone vibrate and left the room to answer it while doctor expained few things to Lil about their baby girl. "For now only you and your husband can visit Sierra"
"Paul is here with the kids. You wants to go see them? Isa seems very traumatized by everything that happened" Scotty said when he came back
"Yes" Lil nodded
Nurse helped her place baby back in the bed, Lil took Scottys phone and snapped the photo of their newborn before they headed out.

Scotty walked out and saw Isabella crying in Finn's arms.
"Hey Bella."
Isabella looked up and stopped crying. She reached out for Scotty and he picked her up.
"Mummy, Mummy, Mummy," she whimpered, holding onto Scotty's shoulders.
"Mummy's fine. She's just a little tired."
"Baby?"
"The baby is fine, but you can't see it yet okay?"
Isa nodded and sunk her head into Scotty's neck.

When Isabella was allowed to see Lilly, she ran in and tried to climb up the bed. Scotty lifted her up and she put her small hand on her mother's stomach. "Baby!"
"She resting sweety." Lilly whispered.
"I wanna see her," the toddler cried, jumping up and down on the bed.
Lilly felt pain spread through her body and Scotty wasn't oblivious to her pain.
Scotty walked over and lifted Isabella up.
"Later okay, when the baby is feeling better."
"What's it's name?"
"It's a girl remember? Her name is Seirra Kayla Valens."
Isabella giggled and tried to jump out of Scotty's arms.

Scotty walked out and saw Isabella crying in Finn's arms.
"Hey Bella."
Isabella looked up and stopped crying. She reached out for Scotty and he picked her up.
"Mummy, Mummy, Mummy," she whimpered, holding onto Scotty's shoulders.
"Mummy's fine. She's just a little tired."
"Baby?"
"The baby is fine, but you can't see it yet okay?"
Isa nodded and sunk her head into Scotty's neck.

When Isabella was allowed to see Lilly, she ran in and tried to climb up the bed. Scotty lifted her up and she put her small hand on her mother's stomach. "Baby!"

"I wanna see her," the toddler cried, jumping up and down on the bed.
Lilly felt pain spread through her body and Scotty wasn't oblivious to her pain.

"Isabella!" Lil raised her voice "Do not hit your brother."
"My mummy" she whimpered
"Yes, but this is your brother and sister. I'm their mummy too"
Bella made a sad face seeing Matt and Tammy cuddling close to Lil but Lilly pulled Isa close and hugged all of them "I love you all" she whispered.

Seeing Lilly and kids getting tired Paul decided to take his grandkids home.
"When is Patrick's funeral?" Lil asked Scotty when they were alone
"Why do you ask?" he was confused by her question
"I should take Isa to it"
"Oh no, Lil. You won't"
"Scotty, he was her father. One day she's going to ask about him-"
"Lilly, twins birthday is coming up. We should focus on that. Celebrate that" he interupted
"I know she thinks of you as her father, but one day if she's going to ask I want to say she was at his funeral, even though she will not remember it" her voice was firm
Scotty sat by her and kissed her "We'll talk about it later. Now rest."

Scotty placed Isa back on the bed and toddler snuggled close to her mum.
"Where are the twins?" Lil whispered
"Outside with your dad."

Lilly followed her and tried talking to her but Isa started frantically yelling at her mum "Go away! I hate you!" over and over, pushed Lilly away few times and threw a pillow at her. Lil got up and went to the hall
"I'm a horrible mother, Scotty. I can make murder suspects confess but I don't know how to talk to my own daughter"
Scotty hugged her and looked into her eyes "Don't forget I'm in interrogation too when they confess" he chuckled and took her hand leading her into Isa's bedroom "Let's talk to her together"
"Bella" Scotty called in soft voice, toddler sticked her head from under the covers and watched both of them carefully.

"I don't know! Maybe this one doesn't have a confession this time," she whsipered turning around to leave.
Scotty pulled her back again, holding her tight against him.
"Bella, we need to have a talk okay? I'll be here with you."
Bella snuck her head out of the covers and Lilly felt her heart sadden at the tears on her face. Scotty pulled Lilly to the bed and they both sat next to eachother.
Bella crawled into Scotty's arms and didn't look at Lilly.
"We need to talk about what's going on."
"I don't wanna daddy."
"I know, but mummy is very upset. Do you like it when mummy's upset?"
"No-o-o-o-o!"
"Well let's talk about it so mummy feels better."
Isabella turned in Scotty's arms and reached out for Lilly's hand. She started playing with it and drawing lines on the thin hand.
"Mummy...do you love daddy?"
"Ofcourse I do sweety."
"Then why are loving Patwick?"
"Patrick?" Scotty asked, glaring at Lilly.
"Mummy loves him, at the funeral."
"No honey, I love daddy." Lilly whispered, smoothing Bella's hair back.
"Promise?"
"Ofcourse."
"Patwick bad," the toddler giggled crawling into Lilly.
"It's okay, he's gone now."

Once Isabella was asleep Scotty pulled Lilly aside.
"I told you the funeral was a bad idea."
"No it wasn't Scotty. She needed to know he was gone."
"Oh yeah? And for her to think that you love him."
"We sorted it out okay?"
"No, not okay. I want her to know that nothing will come between us."
"Scotty, it doesn't matter." Lilly mumbled, leaning forward to kiss him.
Scotty pulled away and stormed into the bathroom.

"Was that the only reason you went to his funeral?"
Lil arched her eyebrows "What are you accusing me of?"
"You damn well know what" he said through teeth
"You know how I felt about Patrick. I couldn't stand him since he showed up in my life again. And now you accusing me of...of...Crap! It's so absurd I can't even say it. I love you and only you. I love the life we have together. And I love our four kids more than I ever thought possible!" Scotty's anger dissapeared and he grinned while Lilly continued "I love them and you more than I ever loved my job and you damn well know for long time it was the only thing that kept me goin'. And why are you smiling?"
"God, Lil, you're even beautiful when you're angry" he whispered
"What?"
Scotty closed the gap between them and passionately kissed her. His action caught her off guard but when he put one hand on her waist and other on her neck with his thumb gently stoking her cheek she gave in and started unbuttoning his shirt. They suddenly heard a giggle and both turned towards the door to see Isa standing there smiling "Mummy loves daddy"
Lilly smiled "Yes, mummy loves daddy very much" she turned to whisper in Scotty's ear "and daddy needs to make sure door are closed before he pulls a stunt like that again" Scotty smiled while Lil pulled away from him. She went to pick up the toddler and carried Isa to back to her bed.

"Well then..." Lilly left the sentence hanging as she crawled into bed.
"Lil, I think you should loose a couple of pounds."
Lilly moved back and glared at Scotty.
"Excuse me?"
"Well I know you just had a baby, but...well, it turns me off."
Lilly went to get up when Scotty pushed her down. He started rubbing her back, trying to calm her down. "Relax Lil, I just want to get you mad."
"Why?"
"You're sexy when your mad."
Lilly turned around and rapped her arms around his neck, "Well in that case-" Lilly pushed him back down hard and pinned his hands behind his head.

Bella hopped down and jumped onto Lilly's back as she bent down. Lilly groaned as she jumped up. "Piggy back, piggy back," the toddler yelled. So Lilly ran round the house cheering the toddler up.
Everything was going well till they heard a 'mummy' coming from the twins.

From stairs Scotty saw Lilly lean agains the door "Look what your son did" she turned her head towards him. Isa run past her mum into twins room.
When Scotty saw the inside of the room he couldn't stop laughing "Oh, so if Matt does something bad he's my son only"
"Yes, that's how it goes. Didn't you know?" she teased him
Matt was sitting in the middle of the room with empty baby powder bottle in his hand and powder spreaded all over the room and Tammy was trying to climb out of the crib.
"Oh, no. Not you, too." Lil picked Tammy up and turned to Scotty "When I finally accepted them being runners now they're climbers, too"
Scotty wraped his hands around Lilly and smiled seeing Isa enjoying the situation as she started playing with the powder on the floor.
"Well...looks like we need to buy toddler beds for twins. And secure powder bottles. It's a good timing since we have a newborn coming home soon. We were planning on moving twins to Bella's room anyway." Scotty smiled
"My room" his grin disapeared when Isa got up and stood there with arms on her hips and soon after stormed out to her bedroom
"We didn't tell her that before, did we?" Scotty looked at his wife
"No, we didn't" Lil placed Tammy in Scoty's arms and went after Isa

Lilly found her on the couch in the lounge. She sat down next to her and looked down at the floor.
"We forgot to tell you honey. With then new baby coming home, Tamara and Matthew have to move into your room."
"No-o-o-o!" Bella screamed. She jumped and pushed everything of the table. She started running around the table crying hysterically.
"Mummy's mine!"
Lilly grabbed her and tried to restrain her as she kicked her legs in the air. "Ofcourse I'm yours. But I need to look after your brother and sisters too."
Bella stopped kicking and fell to the ground. She grabbed hold of Lilly's legs and leaned into them.
"It's my room mummy."
"I know that. I need you to share it until we have more room."
Isabella looked up and stared at Lilly. "Fine," she whispered and stormed off to her room.

Lilly found Scotty and once he had finished cleaning up the twins room she pulled him into their bedroom.
"We need to make more room or buy another house." Lilly whispered, as she paced back and forth.
"Why?"
"Bella needs her own room, we can't keep her cramped in with the twins."
Scotty hesitated before answering, "Alright, the twins can stay with Seirra."
"Scotty, I'm not doing that. We need to get renovations."
Scotty sighed and sat down on their bed, "We can't afford it."
"We've been saving up, it will be for the best."

Lilly found her on the couch in the lounge. She sat down next to her and looked down at the floor.
"We forgot to tell you honey. With then new baby coming home, Tamara and Matthew have to move into your room."
"No-o-o-o!" Bella screamed. She jumped and pushed everything of the table. She started running around the table crying hysterically.
"Mummy's mine!"

"When that time comes we'll put Seirra and Tamara in one room"

"No, she's too little."
"Lettme hold her." Bella screamed.
"No, I'm the only one who is going to hold her."
"What about me?" Scotty asked, coming around the corner.
"Only me. I'm the only one who knows how she needs to be looked after."
With that Lilly left the room leaving Scotty fustrated. He strolled after her and found her in the bedroom rocking the baby back and forth.
"Lil, she's mine too."
"I know that. You can look after her once she's grown a little bit."
"No! I'm not going to have you do this again."
"Do what again?" Lilly asked. She was still calm, as if nothing was bothering her.
"Push me away, she's mine too and I need to be there for her."
Lilly got up and pushed past him acting like nothing was going on.

With that Lilly left the room leaving Scotty fustrated. He strolled after her and found her in the bedroom rocking the baby back and forth.
"Lil, she's mine too."
"I know that. You can look after her once she's grown a little bit."
"No! I'm not going to have you do this again."
"Do what again?" Lilly asked. She was still calm, as if nothing was bothering her.
"Push me away, she's mine too and I need to be there for her."
Lilly got up and pushed past him acting like nothing was going on.

"Yes...What's going on between you two?" Paul's voice and eyes seamed to accuse Scotty of wrongdoing
"I didn't do anything to her. Ain't like your daughter doesn't have problems, most of which you personally created" Scotty got defensive and stormed out to the backyard

Lilly sat on the bed singing quietly to Seirra.
"Lilly," he whispered, moving closer.
Lilly didn't look up or take any notice. She kept singing to the newborn.
"We need to have a talk."
Paul sat down next to Lilly and placed his hand on her shoulder. She flinched and pulled back. "Leave her alone."
"I don't want to hurt her. I just want to talk to you."
When Lilly looked up he contrinued.
"I know you don't want her being hurt. The thing is, your really hurting your family."
"Dad," Lilly sighed, "Your getting involved into things that are not yours to but into. Were doing fine."
"No your not. Scotty is dying."
"He looked fine to me." Lilly muttered sarcastically.
"Maybe thats because you can't see things clearly. Your hurting him alot Lilly. He loves you, I can see how much it hurts him for you to push him away."
Lilly glared at her father. "Well you don't know him like I do."
"Lilly!" Paul almost screamed. "If you love him you'll stop doing this. I know Seirra is important to you, but she is important for him too. Let him help you."
Lilly sighed and turned around. Cooper could have sworn he heard her sob. "I just don't want top ruin things."
"You already are. Talk to him, let him help you."
When Lilly turned around, Paul was gone.

Lilly stayed in the room for the rest of the day. When Scotty came in to the couple's bedroom after putting kids to bed he saw her sitting on the bed cuddling Seirra and went straight to the bathroom to take the shower. Lil placed Seirra in bassinet and slipped under covers when she heard shower stop and moments later Scotty came out lying down next to her.
"Scotty..." she whispered softly but he just turn his back to her "Give me time...please"
"I've given you two weeks already" he muttered
"I need more time"
"It ain't fair, Lil. I'm her father. I should take care of her too. I need to take care of her too" he murmured but still didn't turn to her
"I..I just...she's so little...and I don't want to..." Lilly started crying softly making Scotty turn around.
When he did he noticed her bloodshot eyes and dark circles under them "Lil..." he spoke softly and gently stroked her cheek but it made her turn away from him. Scotty pulled closed and wrapped a hand around her waist "Lil...Have you slept at all since you brought Seirra home?"
She wiped her tears away "Yes" she hesitataed with the answer and Scotty knew she lied.
"You need rest. If not for yourself then for Seirra...and Isa...and twins"
"I need to take care of her. She needs me" she whispered through tears.
Scotty began gently massaging his wife back and tense shoulders and decided not to stop untill she relaxed and hopefully fell asleep. It took a long time but she finnally closed her eyes and drifted to sleep. Scotty softy cuddled closer to her. Suddenly Seirra started crying and Scotty got up when he noticed Lilly didn't wake up. He went over by the bassinet and picked up the infant rocking her back and forth while glancing at his sleeping wife. Scotty knew he needed to convince Lilly to seek some sort of help.

Lilly stayed in the room for the rest of the day. "I'm fine," she muttered and stormed off.

"That's enough, Lil. You need help and I ain't able to help you. You need a professional, theraphy, some drugs"
She got up and slapped him hard on the face before locking herself in the bathroom. Scotty tried pleading with her but nothing worked when he heard Paul and Finn come in to the house. He went downstairs and asked Paul to look after kids for a while he returned upstairs. But Paul followed his son-in-law and Finn went to take care of toddlers.
When Paul entered the bedroom he saw Scotty lean on the bathroom door having a monologue.
"What happened?"
"She locked herself in there" Scotty turned his head back to the door "Lil, please open. I want to help"
Paul stepped closer to the door "Lilly, it's dad. You want to talk?" but there was no answer.
Scotty sat down on the bed "It's no use" but then idea came to his mind, he took his phone out, he hesitated before dialing a number.

"She's with Paul. Don't worry she's fine."
Lilly struggled in his arms but finally gave up when he wouldn't let go.
"Scotty," she cried, leaning back into his arms.
"I called some one close I know. They want to see you tomorrow."

Lilly was cut off when Scotty silenced her with a kiss. "No buts, he'll give you some pills okay. And I'll be there with you."
Lilly finally gave up and turned into his arms, the two shared a heartfelt embrace.

"Okay" James shrugged "Would you care to sit down?" he gestured towards the couch.
Lilly slowly sat down in the corner bringing her legs up and wraping her arms around them. She glanced around the office spotting pictures of James with some people. On one of them she recognized Scotty in his younger years.
"He still has that mischievous smile?" James asked Lil when he noticed her looking at that photo.
Lilly failed to hold a giggle "Yeah" but turned serious in an instance.
Scotty wanted to sit down by Lil but James's words stopped him "Scotty, if I'll want to see you're face I'll just look at that picture. Wait outside."
Scotty looked confused but then heard another light giggle from Lilly, he looked at her and her face once more turn serious "Didn't you hear what James said? Wait outside." her voice firm

Scotty looked into her eyes suspiciously "Ok. I'm gonna go take a shower, change. Be down to help you with dinner in a few" he headed upstairs.
While shower was running Lil crept into the bedroom and opened one of the drawers pulling few papers and several pharmacy pill containers from under the clothes and she put them into her jeans pockets when she jumped feeling an arm on her shoulder.
"Nice going, Lil. You just want to know how stomack pumping feels or do you desperately wanna turn into your own mother?" Scotty asked
Lil eyes widened in shock but she didn't turn around. Scotty slip his hand into her pocket and he pulled prescriptions for same drug James gave her.
"Two different therapists aside from James?" he pulled out containers from pockets and studied them "Two more therapists?" Scotty placed everything on the dresser and turned Lilly around "How many you're taking? Lil? Look at me!" he yelled but she looked at the ground "I'm not gonna loose you like I lost Elisa. I'm not gonna let you slip!"
Scotty took prescriptions and containers and stormed out from the bedroom.
