When Scotty made it downstairs Lilly was cooking dinner and Isa was playing in the living room. He sat by the counter and observed Lil for a while
"Twins are asleep?"
"I don't hear them screaming, so I guess they are" she answered with a hint of sarcasm "But I have to bring them down for dinner soon"
"I'll help you"
"You don't have to. I'll manage"
Scotty sighed, he slowly came up behind her putting his hands around her waist "You start to show" he kissed her on the neck "I hope it's a girl" he added
"I know that's what you would like. But you don't have to worry, even if it's a boy I'm not planning more kids after this one" her voice still harsh
Scotty turned Lil around meeting her Ice Queen look
"Lil, I'm sorry how I acted last few weeks. I want kids" he spoke softly
"We have 3 kids and one more on the way"
"And I want more...a large family with the woman I love" he started kissing her on the neck and she let out a giggle "and I want all of them to look like you."
They heard twins woke up. Lilly wanted to go upstairs but Scotty stopped her "I'll go" he kissed her before leaving the kitchen but turned around and stepped back in "After dinner...how 'bout we go some place? Together. As a family." he saw Lilly smile and nod.

And that is what they did. After they all had finished their delicious dinner, Scotty put the twins in their pram, Lilly picked up Isabella and they went for a long walk.
While walking Scotty looked over at Lilly. She still looked depressed. What he did had broken her heart, and he still had alot to do to make it up to her.
When they arrive at a park, Isabella went running of the to play with birds while Scotty put the pram next to seat as they sat down.
Scotty cuddled up to his pregnant wife.
"I missed you so much Lil," he whispered into her ear.
"Me too. Just don't ever do that to me again. Especially when I'm pregnant.
"Promise."
As the time past Lilly looked up at Scotty."Baby names?"
"Well, the ones you wanted with Tamara."
"Seirra Kayla Valens."
"Alright and for a boy?" Scotty asked.
"Lucas, Luke for short, Lucas Ryan Valens."
"Mmmm..."
"What?"
"Not so sure."
"Well, we have time to think."
"Yeah, I like Cory and Daniel."
Lilly squinted her eyes. "Lets talk about it later."

And that is what they did. After they all had finished their delicious dinner, Scotty put the twins in their pram, Lilly picked up Isabella and they went for a long walk.

Lilly squinted her eyes. "Lets talk about it later."

Scotty looked at lilly "You want some, too?"
"You're a detective" Lil slipped her hand onto her tummy "Figure it out"
Scotty picked up Bella and minutes later they were back with ice-cream cones. Lilly couldn't help but giggle when she saw Isa's ice-cream covered face.

When the ultrasound came, Lilly went with Scotty. When the doctor asked if they'd like to know the sex, they asked for it to be put in a note.
When they arrived home Scotty made his blonde wife dinner. Isabella was with Paul and Finn. This gave time for Lilly and Scotty to talk.
When Lilly and Scotty went to bed that night, Lilly couldn't keep her eyes off the envelope with the sex of the baby.
Scotty noticed and started rubbing her stomach. "You wanna know?"
"I don't know. I want to know, but then I don't."
Scotty bent down and placed kisses to her enlargerd stomach.
"I think we should find out."
"Alright," she almost screamed, grasping the envelope. She ripped it open and stopped when the word 'Girl' shined out to her.
Lilly felt tears drip down her face and she hugged Scotty.
"Seirra Kayla Valens." Lilly whipered into his years.

The next day when the twins were both asleep, Lilly and Scotty decided to talk to Isabella about her baby sister.
Bella wouldn't take it, as they tried to get her to sit down, she kept running around the room thinking they were playing Hide and Seek. Lilly grew angrier and she couldn't take it anymore. "ISABELLA!" Lilly screamed.
Bella stopped and ran into Scotty's arms.
As he sat Lilly started rubbing her back. "We need to have a talk with you."
Summer tilted her head to look at her mother.
"You see mummy's belly?" Lilly asked, seeing her nod.
"Well, you're going to be having another sister."
Isa's smile grew as looked at Lilly's swolen belly. "Sissy?"
"Yeah." Scotty whispered, "You're gonna have another sister."
Isabella grew excited again and started running around the room. Lilly groaned and sunk down into the couch.

The next day when the twins were both asleep, Lilly and Scotty decided to talk to Isabella about her baby sister.
Bella wouldn't take it, as they tried to get her to sit down, she kept running around the room thinking they were playing Hide and Seek. Lilly grew angrier and she couldn't take it anymore. "ISABELLA!" Lilly screamed.
Bella stopped and ran into Scotty's arms.
As he sat Lilly started rubbing her back. "We need to have a talk with you."
Summer tilted her head to look at her mother.
"You see mummy's belly?" Lilly asked, seeing her nod.

Isa's smile grew as looked at Lilly's swolen belly. "Sissy?"
"Yeah." Scotty whispered, "You're gonna have another sister."

During birthday party Isabella was constantly running around. She had so much energy it was hard to sit her down even for a minute to blow out the candles. Lilly was sitting on a bench observing the toddler. She looked around and spotted Paul with Matt and Scotty with Tammy as they were helping the twins walk.
"Hey, Lilly" Stillman sat next to her
"Boss" her eyes following Bella
"You're ok?"
"Yeah. Tired I guess."
"It's been a long day, Lil"
"Not just today. She's always running, can't get her to stop even for a second. You see it yourself...And soon those two will be running around along Isa" she nodded towards twins "I don't know how I'm - ISA!" Lil yelled and got up seeing Bella bump into Kat. Toddler fell on the grass but immidiately got up flicking her clothes and started running again.
"Even that didn't slow her down" Lil looked at Stillman when she heard door bell.
When she went to open there was a gift-wrapped box on the porch. She looked around but didn't see anyone. Lilly picked the box, her jaw dropped as she read the card.
"Who was it?" Scotty approached Lil from behind and noticed the box in her hands. Panic arose in his eyes as he looked closer at the card reading,
"For: Isabella
From: Dad"

During birthday party Isabella was constantly running around. She had so much energy it was hard to sit her down even for a minute to blow out the candles. "Even that didn't slow her down" Lil looked at Stillman when she heard door bell.
When she went to open there was a gift-wrapped box on the porch. She looked around but didn't see anyone. Lilly picked the box, her jaw dropped as she read the card.
"Who was it?" Scotty approached Lil from behind and noticed the box in her hands. Panic arose in his eyes as he looked closer at the card reading,
"For: Isabella
From: Dad"

As Lily opened the box, Scotty stood behind her. There was a video inside. Lilly felt her fear die down realising it couldn't be that bad. SHe guessed it was a video telling Isabella how much he loved her.
Scotty went outside and got Isabella to come down, she always had a soft spot for her father.
As Lilly, Scotty and Bella snuck into a small room, Lilly put the video into the player. She pushed play and noticed the familiar vacation.
Scotty gritted his teeth as he watched. The video was of Lilly and Patrick's engagment. He watched as the two kissed and hugged.
"Mummy!" Summer screamed, pointing to the screen.
As Lilly cried, Summer started hitting her. "Bad girl! Bad girl!"
She ran over to Scotty, obviously angry with her mother for kissing another man. Scotty tried to explain it was a long time ago but she wouldn't take it. "I hate you mummy!" Bella screamed over and over again.
Lilly locked herself in the bathroom knowing that Patrick was never going to stop.

"Bella, sweetie" she whispered "Come here" Lil pulled the cover up and Isa climbed the bed snugging close to her mother
"Mummy love me?" she heard toddler mutter through tears
"Of course I love you Isa." she cuddled her close "I will always love you" Isa stopped crying and smiled; soon they were both asleep

In the morning Lilly woke up seeing Isa still asleep by her side.
"Hey Scotty" she whispered seeing him on the other side of the bed lying there with eyes open
"Hey" he turned towards Lil and kissed her "See Bella's not holding a grudge anymore. Good thing she doesn't have character after you"
"That's because I'm not her mother"
"Oh Lil, you are her mother. You're raising her, ain't that what's important?"
"Only if Patrick would think so...instead he wants to destroy what we have"
"Don't worry, I'll talk to him" he kissed her again before getting up "Starving?" seeing Lilly nod he went downstairs to make breakfast

However, Scotty didn't care, he wasn't about to let Patrcik get away with ripping there family apart.
"What's wrong Scott? I thought you and Lilly were stronger than ever." Patrcik mumbled sarcasticly.
"We are, but you're tormenting Isabella. It's not funny, especially for a small kid like her."
Patrick chuckled, "If she's anything like here mother she'll pretend it never happened."
Before Scotty could stop himself he lashed out and let his fist land with Patricks face. Patrick fell backward and Scotty spat on the floor near him. "Stay away from us, we don't need scum like you ruining our life."
With that he stromed out, hoping he would give up.

"I don't know what exactly you want from us, but you need to stop ruining our relationship!" Scotty almost yelled, the neighbour coming out out and glaring at them both.
However, Scotty didn't care, he wasn't about to let Patrcik get away with ripping there family apart.

"What are you talking about?" she interrupted him
"Scotty didn't tell you?" Patrick scoffed "Figures. He assaulted me." her eyes widened in shock "I looked it up. Done by police officer it's a felony and he can go to prison for a loooong looooong time" he said with satisfaction "So...going back to my deal...if you allow me to have visitation right, oh and you will work with Isabella on accepting me as her father, I will not press charges" Lilly was speechless
"You have time 'till 5 to decide but I trust we can come to some kind of agreement" with smirk Patrick got up and left
After Pat left Lilly couldn't focus on work, she sat there glancing at the door waiting for Scotty to come back.

Without thinking Lilly lent forward and slapped him across the face.
"How dare you touch Patrick? I tried so hard to get Isabella to believe you are her dad. Now you do this?"
"Come on Lil. It was one little punch, he can't do anything about it."
Lilly gripped the edges of the table and lent on it. She turned around and went to slap him again. However she held it back. "Well you didn't think about what could happen did you? He's gonna charge you wioth assult unless he gets to see Bella."
Scotty's jaw dropped and he stared in shock.
"He can't do that!" Scotty whispered, his eyes flickering from one side of the room to the other.
"Just watch him. If Bella gets effected mentally by this, you can kiss our marriage goodbye."
With that Lilly stormed out and Scotty realisedhe needed to do something...FAST!

Ask him what's his problem. Or I can kick his behind all the way to the moon" Scotty smirked to himself but quickly shaked his head "Nah, it ain't gonna work. I did that and it bit me right back. Crap! Patrick's one slick SOB." Scotty glanced at Lilly again and then at the watch. "Time is running out, Valens! Think!" he went to the break room hoping coffee will help him think "Your a homicide detective man. A cold cases detective. You're smart, just think! Oh, man, I am a cold case detective" he smiled to himself "I know how to hide a body so that no one would find it...probably ever." he shaked his head again "Nah, I can't kill the man...but...but...my life, my marriage, my daughter's life is in danger." he looked at the closk again, it was 4:40p.m. With that he grabbed the phone and dialed a number.
"Partick" said the voice
"We need to talk." Scotty grabbed his jacket and took off

Patrick and Scotty met up at a local cafe. Scotty held back a laugh at Patrick's swollen face.

"Yes...what I did was wrong. But you have no right to take it out on Lilly."
"Well maybe you should have thought of that before you touched me."
"Look okay, I know you don't want anything to do with Isabella. You see how much she hates you so don't bring her into this."
Patrcik hesitated, looking suspiciously at Scotty.
"She is my daughter," he whispered.
"He both know you don't want her. What do you really want?"
Patrick stared at the ground and then back and at Scotty, "I want you to leave Lilly."
"Why the hell would I do that?"
"Because I want you to."
"No. She'd hate me and I love her."
"Well I guess I better go take a tripe down to the police station."
As Patrick went to stand up Scotty stopped him, "Just wait. We can figure this out another way."
"Oh yeah...how?"
"If I'm right, you have some record with the police that ain't so pretty."
"How do you know that?"
"I have my sources. Lets make a deal, you stay away, those records are gone."
Patrick squitned and sat back down. "Let's get this over and done with then."

"I don't know. You tell me"
Scotty put Bella down and she run away to play, he then sat down next to Lilly and put his hand around her
"Patrick will not bother us again. I promise you." hearing that Lil took Scotty's hands watching them closely, then she glanced at his clothes "What are you doing?" he asked surprised
"Looking for blood" she answered nervously
"Don't worry, Lil. Did not kill him. But promise he'll not be coming around again...ever" he said calmly and kissed her on the forehead
She looked at him suspiciously but decided not to pursue the subject.
"How is our little girl doing?" smiling he slip his hand onto Lil's belly
"Kicking a lot. I'm afraid she might have a temper just like her daddy" she teased him, his smile disapeared knowing that his temper created a lot of problems for him always but now Pat was gone and that's what mattered.
What Scotty didn't know however is that his problems were far from over.

"Daddy!" Isa came running when she saw Scotty come home that evening
"Hey sweetie" he picked her up and went to living room seeing his wife there sitting on the couch

Scotty put Bella down and she run away to play, he then sat down next to Lilly and put his hand around her
"Patrick will not bother us again. I promise you." hearing that Lil took Scotty's hands watching them closely, then she glanced at his clothes "What are you doing?" he asked surprised
"Looking for blood" she answered nervously
"Don't worry, Lil. Did not kill him. But promise he'll not be coming around again...ever" he said calmly and kissed her on the forehead
She looked at him suspiciously but decided not to pursue the subject.
"How is our little girl doing?" smiling he slip his hand onto Lil's belly
"Kicking a lot. I'm afraid she might have a temper just like her daddy" she teased him, his smile disapeared knowing that his temper created a lot of problems for him always but now Pat was gone and that's what mattered.
What Scotty didn't know however is that his problems were far from over.

The next morning it was the weekend. Lilly was craving food so Scotty decided he should go out shopping. Once getting all the necessary items, he bought Isabella a little teddy bear and got Lilly a pair of small booties.
As he was putting the items into the trunk of his car he felt a pari of extremely strong arms grab his shoulders and spin him around. He came face to face with a huge man. Before Scotty could do anything the man hit him. Scotty felt back against the car and fell to the ground.
The man pounced on Scotty and beat him senseless.
All Scotty could hear was "You'll pay!"

Back at the house it had been 2 hours since Scotty had left. Lilly was growing nervous for her husband. After 3 hours she recieved a phone call from the hospital.
"Mrs Valens?"
"Yes."
"You're husband, Scotty Valens, we need you to come down here."
"Why...oh god...what's wrong?" Lilly started to panic, her heart beating faster each minute.
"He has been in a accident, we need you to get down her as soon as possible."
Lilly hung up and ran after Isabella. She picked her up, not bothering to get changed or make sure the house was secured.

Back at the house it had been 2 hours since Scotty had left. Lilly was growing nervous for her husband. After 3 hours she recieved a phone call from the hospital.
"Mrs Valens?"
"Yes."
"You're husband, Scotty Valens, we need you to come down here."
"Why...oh god...what's wrong?" Lilly started to panic, her heart beating faster each minute.
"He has been in a accident, we need you to get down her as soon as possible."
Lilly hung up and ran after Isabella. She picked her up, not bothering to get changed or make sure the house was secured.

When Paul and Finn got to the hospital they saw Lilly crying in waiting room and Isa sleeping across the chairs next to her. Lil run to her dad and hugged him.
"Oh dad, thank you for coming"
He stroked her hair "How is he?"
"They still don't know. He's in operation..." she wiped the tears away
"Twins are with Celeste, Finn will take Isa to our house and I'll stay with you" he kissed her in the forehead
"It will be ok, sis" Finn hugged Lilly then picked Isa up and walked out

Few hours later Lilly was sleeping with head rested on Paul's shoulder when he suddenly woke her up. Doctor came out from operation to inform her of Scotty's status.
"Mrs Valens, we were able to stop the internal bleeding. He's unconscious but his condition is stable. It may take some time but he'll recover 100%" doctor smiled
Lil couldn't stop tears of joy as she embraced first the doctor them Paul
"Can we see him?" asked Cooper
"Yes. Of course. Let me just warn you that he's face is badly swollen, his nose and cheek bone are broken"
Doctor led them to Scotty's room. When Lilly entered she moved close to Scotty, took his hand and kissed him. She sat down by his bed still holding his hand.
"When he'll regain consciousness?" asked Paul
"It may take few hours" with that doctor left the room

When Paul and Finn got to the hospital they saw Lilly crying in waiting room and Isa sleeping across the chairs next to her. Lil run to her dad and hugged him.
"Oh dad, thank you for coming"

"Nope. I guess we can take guess though."
"Patrick?"

"What are you doing here?" She asked, moving closer to her father.
Patrick pointed the gun at her head and moved backwards, "Get away from your father."
Lilly did what he said and took a few steps backwards.
"Put Isabella down!" Patrick ordered.
"NO!'"
"Do it!"
Lilly set Isabella on the ground, however Bella grew scared and gripped her leg.
"Isabella. Come over here," he whispered, trying to act calmer.
Bella shook her head and tightened her grip on Lilly's leg.
As Patricks anger grew he shot at the nearest wall a couple of feet from Lilly.
"Get over here or i'll shoot."
Bella didn't understand what he meant by shoot. Lilly picked the toddler up and hugged her tightly.
"You're not gonna touch her. Let her go and I'll stay here."
Patrick squitned his eyes and started to shake.
"Fine, but I'll have to kill you."
Lilly quickly went Cooper and started undoing his ties.
"What are you doing?" Patrick asked, slowly walking closer.
"Let them go. We can deal with this just between me and you."
Patrick nodded and started walking backwards. Cooper struggled to leave but luckily he kept his strength up as he and Isabella travelled to the car. Cooper dialed Scotty's number as soon as he got into the car.

Then Isabella looking just like you...I realized I still have feelings for you" he got up and sat next to Lil pointing a gun at her head "But since we can't be together we're at least going to die together" he took her hand "like Romeo and Juliet - tragic love and death in each others arms"
"I'm not Juliet. I don't want to kill myself becuse I don't love you Patrick"
Anger grew in his eyes, "I'm going to decide on that" he cocked the pistol and was ready to pull the trigger
Lilly closed her eyes and heard the loud bang, she felt small drops on her face and when she opened her eyes Patrick's lifeless body lied on the couch with pistol still in his hand. SWAT sniper took patrick out at the last second. Suddenly Lilly saw few officers come in to the house with Scotty right behind them. He run towards Lilly and squatted next to her. He kissed her as they both started to cry.
"You're ok? The baby's ok?" he asked rubbing her belly
"Scotty..." she started slowly still in shock "Twins will be year old next week so I'm seven months pregnant, right?"
"Yeah..." he nodded
"Is it possible my waters just broke?"
Scotty widened his eyes alarmed by her question

"The baby has been taken into care so we check everything. But you can see your wife."
Scotty made his way over to Lilly's room and saw her lying there sweaty and hot.
He walked over to her and rubbed her forehead. "Hey baby."
"Hey."
"You doing alright?"
"Yeah."
Lilly closed her eyes and held onto Scotty's arms. "I'm gonna have a scar."
"Doesn't matter. Doesn't change the way I feel. You'll always be gorgeous."
Lilly didn't believe a word he said. Tears started to fall and she flet helpess. "I know I'm not gorgeous or pretty but the scar will just make things words."
Scotty silenced her whimpers with a kiss and whispered into her ear, "Baby, I love you and I always will. You are so hot. Any guy would die to be with you."
Lilly couldn't help but smile at her husband's kind words. She pulled him onto the bed and cuddled into him.

When they were finaly allowed to see their baby girl Lilly started crying seeing a newborn connected to all machines. Scotty held Lil under the arm seeing her sway of her legs.
"She is on antibiotics and medications that are standard for a premature baby. Preliminary test results don't show any major complications but we're going to keep her here for at least a month. Do you have a name for her chosen?"
Lilly leaned over warmer bed and gently stroked baby's back "Yes. Sierra. Sierra Kayla Valens"
"Would you like to hold her?" When Lilly nodded doctor instructed her to sit down and then gently placed the preemie on Lilly's chest. When Sierra gripped her mum's finger Lil let few tears trickle down her cheeks.
Scotty felt his phone vibrate and left the room to answer it while doctor expained few things to Lil about their baby girl. "For now only you and your husband can visit Sierra"
"Paul is here with the kids. You wants to go see them? Isa seems very traumatized by everything that happened" Scotty said when he came back
"Yes" Lil nodded
Nurse helped her place baby back in the bed, Lil took Scottys phone and snapped the photo of their newborn before they headed out.
