LILLY AND JEFFRIES RE-OPEN THE 1945 CASE INVOLVING A BASEBALL GREAT, CLYDE "THE GLIDE" TAYLOR, WHO WAS MURDERED WITH HIS OWN BAT, ON "COLD CASE," SUNDAY, OCT. 16
"Colors" -- Lilly and Jeffries investigate the 1945 case involving baseball great Clyde "The Glide" Taylor, who was beaten to death with his own bat, on COLD CASE, Sunday, Oct. 16 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Paris Barclay directed the episode that was written by Sean Whitsell.

Reminds me of "A Time to Hate." The victim was killed by his own bat in that episode also.

Yeah, this kind of reminds me of "A Time To Hate" also. But it also reminds me of "Strange Fruit". So I'm guessing they'll spin this one differently than hate crimes to avoid a copycat of those previous episodes?

This eppy was meant to be the premiere right??? Well some George stuff maybe. Cos in the season preview the clips from this episode showed Lilly doing that rubbing her face with her hands thing didn't it!!!!! Oooooooo can't wait to see it!!! So maybe this ep won't have "Josie chippy" in it then??? Cos if it was meant to be the first ep she wouldn't have arrived yet?  ? |

If it was supposed to be the premiere and they go back to the George thing it's going to be slightly weird. But I don't care, cuz I really REALLY want to know how she deals with George. I'm just wondering how they're gonna do it to make it fit... can't wait!

Tonight's ep is going to air late. Geez. They're still in the 3rd quarter and it's 6:45 pm (EST)  edited: It seems I am watching a different football game than Eurache is watching. so I may have to tape Cold Case. WTF was CBS smoking tonight? (I've been asking that a lot lately it seems!) The football game gets over at like 7:15ish and then they switch to another game??? Naturally I start yelling about this and my parents say maybe they aren't going to show 60 minutes? Yeah no, it's 8 and 60 minutes is on, thus pushing Cold Case all the way into the 9 o'clock hour against Desperate Housewives! Seriously are they on drugs?
