Episode 2.23: The Woods *Season Finale*

This was a really good finale, I liked it and the showdown was great too. I'm glad that Stillman didn't come to the rescue kind of thing just cause it made things interesting.

Good thing they went to the house though and hopefully Lilly learned her lesson about listening to her boss.. Well, maybe she still didn't do that.. LOL

I also liked the ending part with the song and showing the detectives and a young Lilly Rush.

I just realized the other day that this show, Law & Order: Criminal Intent, and Criminal Minds all did this same thing in their second seasons. They had an episode earlier in the season to introduce an unsub more formidable than usual, have them get by somehow, and then bring them back in the finale. Of the three, I'd say this show handled it the best. They ended the storyline where it should it have (unlike CI) and exists for a better purpose than to write out the star (unlike CM).
