Something odd I had noticed, When Lilly and Scotty go to arrest Tre, the part piece where it's supposed to go behind their heads is in the front , kind of silly especially when everyone else is wearing them the right way..

Not sure if this is the place to mention this, so sorry if I'm wrong! I was watching this episode the other day, and noticed something weird. When Lilly is interviewing Tyra in the office, at the end of the scene when they stand up and Lilly says she's going to give her her number, the shot of her hands in in mirror image. Not exactly a ground breaking episode revelation but I thought it was interesting. Odd that they decided to do that... As you can see, I have waaaaay too much time on my hands at the moment! Hehe. Dizzy x

From years of watching Law & Order, I got a problem with the court scene as to where Vera is made to look stupid.
Number one, I would think the lawyer would have given the evidence to Vera or Kite before trial. That's just a waste unless the lawyer wanted to make Vera look bad. I mean, come on, your client is up for a triple homicide and you don't bring that up before trial?
Even though in California, there are no surprises as to evidence being discovered. Jack and Jamie went to California in an episode where they talked about how the prosecution has to show the defense what they have and vice versa before trial. I thought maybe that was in all places but guess not.
I think Vera was just tiffed that he was made a fool of. I did like the argument he and Jefferies had.
Kite had no right to blame Vera for the bad job either.

This is one of those episodes that I sort of watch half-minded (meaning that I'm in the room, but not really paying attention.)
Today, however, I noticed something. When it flashbacked to Lilly seeing the bodies for the first time, did she actually say, "This looks like a bad case of death"?

YES, and if I'm not mistaken that same line (and scene) is also in the pilot ep. It still stands out to me as one of the worst lines on any show, ever.

It's such a 'Well, no duh, Sherlock" types of lines. Really, reminds me of something I once read where a coroner puts on the death certificate 'Cause of death: death'

This is the second time I watched this episode, and I still have the same question I had the first time I watched it. when Kite asked Lilly "do yo regret it?" What does he mean by that? is he talking about breaking up, or dating, or something else? -English is my second language, sometimes I don't get their figured speech.
