I'm always up for a LS pairing!  I liked her with Kite too, but since he's obviously not coming back, I'd like to think she might end up with Scotty...I'm still kinda weary though, cause he slept with her sister... ....but I'm definitely up for LS....I've kind of wanted them together for a long time, so no, you're not alone Although I do notice a lot of people in here don't want em together, heh. |

@ ruda - LoL, well, I wouldn't take my opinion as gospel. I tend to ship a lot of insane pairings in other fandoms.

I just think they'd be good for one another, Scotty had both a bad side and a good side plus he's on the good side of the law and doesn't run off.

Notice that Scotty says: "Hey" in that scene in Red White and Blue! Anyone catch that?  Ties into Stalker. Hmm.. interesting. I confess I hadn't even considered that Naj! But I like it. I like it a lot.  Hi nicksta! Welcome. I'm so glad more people are beginning to come around to the idea of Lilly and Scotty. I think the finale peaked some interest, which is cool. I always tend to read into the motives of a show and try to get inside the writers' heads by what they put in a season finale when ratings count. For Cold Case, they did exactly as I had hoped; Lilly&Scotty are their trump card and they played it.  I'm so curious as to how it will all play out next season. I really want to know whether they will make it obviously known to the audience (through specific camera shots/angles or even some dialogue said to someone else about Lilly) that Scotty has definite feelings for her or whether it will still be left for us to interpret. I hate summer. ruda - Yes! I know. X-Files was so awesome until 8th season when David left. I couldn't believe it when I found out that they were going to continue the show without him. You can't make a show work when half of it is missing.  |

lsr- I love your banner!!! I was just re-watching finale, seeing how much Scotty cares and loves Lilly. If he tells her I'd bet she wouldn't have the same reaction when Joseph that said it. I think if they were to date, Scotty wouldn't rush anything just give her the love she needs.

lsr- I love your banner!!! Thanks! I love yours as well! Bestest. Scene. Ever. (So far. ) Oh, I totally agree. I'm positive that Scotty will take things a LOT slower (for a change) with Lilly. In my personal opinion, this will be the first time he's ever really been " in love" so it'll be so awesome to see him deal with his feelings for her. He knows her, he knows how she works, he knows that she doesn't easily ask for help with anything and he knows she's got walls up to the sky around her so I can see him taking itty-bitty baby steps to make sure he doesn't push her away by mistake. I would be so disappointed if they were to skip over more of the angst on his part. I think before Lilly and Scotty can happen though, something first has to happen for Lilly to release all that has been weighing on her. She's not the type that can easily forget and all of these things are building up and up that something has got to give in order for her to attempt letting Scotty in. In fact, I think it'll have to be by accident for Scotty to be there just at the right time for her to let her guard down. (Reminds me of X-Files... Scully in "Irresistible" - the entire episode, she is like "I'm fine, Mulder.... I'm fine." and then finally she lets him see her cry.  ) @trb - lol Yeah, Scotty and cats? I'm not seein it either. |

Well, I've always liked the idea of LS....it's just that now I've become more obsessive about it since she hasn't had anyone in a while....
The only thing that's holding me back is the christina thing...otherwise I'd be all in!
Even though they don't have much time for personal life screentime, I can definitely see them together...it'd be really cute.

Exactly what I've been hoping for!!  I heard the Madonna song. It's not bad. As I said in the other thread, I'm not a big Madonna fan but I think that song definitely does work for Scotty and Lilly!
