Ahhh that is more likely to explain a hand injury. My boyf has played cards for years and never sustained an injury to his hand. We'll soon find out anyhow. Thanks for that info TVFan. Haha...indeed we will Sonny!!! That sems quite impossible.,.....an injury from a card game =)

You guys are hilarious. LOL. Yeah, I'm more into the basketball game idea too. Though you never know. Maybe he cuts his hand on a really sharp card?

I was just about to post the same thing TVFan!! Here's what I got from Orison at Source#1: COLD CASE Air Date: 5/21/06 (SUNDAY) Time Slot: 8:00 PM-9:00 PM EST on CBS Episode Title: (#323) "Joseph" WHEN A POPULAR DRUG COUNSELOR'S DEBIT CARD IS USED ONE YEAR AFTER HIS MURDER, LILLY AND THE TEAM REOPEN THE 2005 CASE, ON THE THIRD SEASON FINALE, OF "COLD CASE," SUNDAY, MAY 21 "Joseph" -- When a drug counselor's debit card is used one year after his death, Lilly and the team reopen the 2005 case, on the third season finale of COLD CASE, Sunday, May 21 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Roxannn Dawson directed the episode that was written by Andrea Newman and Liz W. Garcia. During the investigation, Lilly is strangely drawn to the victim, Joseph Shaw, a popular drug counselor who was killed two days before he was set to testify against one of his students. Lilly becomes so fixated on Joseph that she takes home a photo of him from the evidence and places it on her nightstand at home. Normally a "by the book" investigator, Lilly becomes so enthralled with the victim that she breaks some procedural rules, putting herself and the other investigators in danger. Lilly Rush: Kathryn Morris John Stillman: John Finn Nick Vera: Jeremy Ratchford Will Jeffries: Thom Barry Scotty Valens: Danny Pino Kat Miller: Tracie Thoms Joseph: Kenneth Johnson Jane Holden: Susan Walters Ted Holden: Sam Anderson Corey: Steven Grayhm Crystal: Mageina Tovah Orlando: Ramon Camacho Wilder: John Hillard Reba Dautry: Dale Dickey Lawyer: Ben Hermes Here's Kenneth Johnson. There are two of them on imdb but this is the guy cos the character Joseph is meant to be a 35 year old which matches the age of this guy better than the other Kenneth Johnson who was born in 1942! www.imdb.com/name/nm0425543/EDIT: With all that info I forgot to say OMG!!!!! This episode sounds so great!! Can't wait to see it.

Awesome sonny! It seems that CBS finally sent out the release for the episode. Good stuff.
The Lilly thing sounds very interesting. I'm interested to see how it plays out because on paper, it sounds way out of character, but I'm just happy to have what sounds to be a Lilly-centric episode!

Just for interest TVGuide.com has this piece of info about the finale: As the third season ends, Lilly reopens the 2005 murder of a man who was a counselor to troubled teens at a rehab house. The victim was killed by a shotgun blast through his front door just two weeks before he was to testify in court about a murder he witnessed at the rehab house. During the probe, Lilly feels a strange connection to the dead man, and it clouds her judgment in the case to the point of perhaps compromising the investigation.LINK

The preview they showed last night was very revealing! They totally gave away the big twist. I LOVED how it was completely focused on Lilly, though. I hope the episode is the same! Two weeks is going to feel like two months.
