These are in no particular order...
Shattered - The series finale gets my vote for incorporating a number of things that worked. Humor; action; suspense; a cyclic story (the story with Lilly and Christina) This episode also showed that while Lilly may have had a grudge against her sister she would never want to see her hurt/killed.
Bullet - Excellent story, excellent case, excellent acting.
Free Love - Yes, I'm aware that people didn't like this episode. However, it gets a 'best of' from me, because it dared to try a new formula. Did it work? Maybe not, but at least they tried. This episode also proved more that Lilly's human, and like most humans... beer+hot guy+motel = well, let's just say we can safely assume that they checked into the motel next to the bar, and it wasn't to solve a case.
