Might anyone know who played the role of Kip's mother? Might it have been Patty McCormick? We missed the first couple minutes of the episode.

Hi!
I liked this episode tonight. The mother, when younger, looked like the blonde woman who used to be on "Matlock" but I don't know who the older actress playing the mother was.
Did anyone else notice the license plate on the D'Lorean as the mother was driving away in it after killing that icky guy? It began with "PRC" - I don't know if the writers were calling this jerk guy a name or not but it seemed appropriate!!! LOL!
The likeness was amazing between the older and younger guy (whose mother was the killer - sorry can't remember his name right now)! They are so good at finding actors that look alike in the past and present!
Can't wait til Sunday nights to watch this show - it's definitely my favorite!!!
Good night all!

I think you're right, there was an actress listed in the opening credits as "Patty McCormack". She was some sort of child actress, according to the IMDB. She'd be about 60 now so I guess that jives... Might anyone know who played the role of Kip's mother? Might it have been Patty McCormick? We missed the first couple minutes of the episode.

Another great episode, especially the ending, when both Alyssa and Kite show up to "First Thursday." Very cute closing sequence, and totally amazed, like Big Cold Case Fan, that they managed to find two actors who looked so similar to play Old!Kip and Young!Kip. sorry, I had to use that dancing banana icon.

OMG! I was thinking the exact same thing. First I thought of PRICE, cause he was rich, and then I realized it might've been the other. haha.

Kind of a "Starhunter" (2001) reunion tonight, with Michael Pare (the crooked broker who initiated the case) and Claudette Roche (the bartender) on hand. I found it primarily notable for the interpersonal stuff among the good guys. After the powerful "Fly Away" on Friday (my personal favorite so far), this one really isn't among their best. But a good episode.

Yes, I did. They showed it twice. PRC 1H5 I have no idea why I wrote it down but since it came up twice I wondered why....

peggyk, if you missed the episode, just go to www.the-realworld.de, and you can download this ,or any/all of the other CC episodes, as well as a host of other shows. You need to have an edonkey/overnet, client though.
