I really didn't like this episode. All the characters seemed overdone--all the plot twists way too contrived, to the point of predictability (sp?). Only thing that saved it was the Vera/Kat exchanging of HS pictures in the end--that was a cute and funny scene. The rest... thumbs down.

It was an OK episode for me. Too many stereotypes, and, like DF said, very predictable. I even guessed who the killer was !!

So I've only watched the first 10 mins but so far so good... Loved lil trying to explain art to scotty! And the fact that she was never a cheerleader. Which midly freaks me out because I have the start of a fic that has lines btwn kat and lilly that are almost identical to that... So I doubt cheerleaders are that b*tchy but still makes me glad they're not a big thing in aus!

Okay...idk if anyone said this yet because i'm too lazy to read all the other posts =) and plus this is my opinion on this episode. Sure...it was cliched....but i loved it =). Especially when Lilly said "Dont move a muscle b*tch". I loved that....finally there's revenge on the popular girls =). I think i'm like Joe...except with all the angst and bad behavior(drugs). I have very few friends, but they're my best friends that are loyal XD. I keep re-watching this episode ova and ova....especially my friends and I are having our regular Thursday night CSI/Cold Case DVD marathon.

I just started watching the first season of "Twin Peaks" on DVD and I think I've noticed this ep contains a possible homage to that show:
Both feature two characters wearing broken halves of a "heart" necklace, one of which is a teenage girl who's mysterious death is the focus of the story.
Coincidence?

Could be, except (and I've only seen the movie "Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me.") this episode didn't have children in masks dancing in a parking lot. We didn't see Lilly staring at some painting and then being in the painting. Hmm what else? Oh and this episode made more sense than the movie. And on a different subject. Does anyone recall when Lilly is telling one of the guys that in highschool she was one of the people that others were afraid of? (or something like that.) It really makes me wonder if Lilly was one of those rebel girls in high school. Her artist comment in this episode, and her knowledge of Batman in "Offender" also makes me wonder if she took a few art courses in highschool. This also gets me to thinking about something. In another thread on this forum someone asked what season Lilly's birthday is in. This can be a tricky matter because they have never mentioned when her birthday is. As viewers we sometimes have to go above and beyond to figure out these things. Me? I've always been a fan of astrology. Mind you I don't agree with horoscopes, but astrology can actually pinpoint eerie facts about your personality. So if we consider that 1. Lilly knows a thing or two about art. 2. She read Batman when she was younger. 3. She might have been an artist, 4. She had a rebellious streak when she was younger. I'm going to say her sign is Aquarius. And that was way too long.

Though don't have to be her sun sign, she could have other planet constellation giving her a strong touch of Aquarius

She has a touch of Capricorn in her too. I read somewhere that the sign that really determines our personality is our rising sign. So she could be a sun in Capricorn with a rising sign in Aquarius. Either that or she could be on the cusp between Capricorn and Aquarius.
Or there's even the Uranus sign which many astrologers say determines how rebellious someone will be. Who knows? Maybe her sign is Aquarius in that sign.

I was rooting for Joe in this episode. Even though he was the "Kid to be avoided" I felt for him. You know, the "loser, freak" type that NOBODY befriends because of his reputation. I LOVED it when he told Becka off. When Lilly said "Don't move a muscle B%*ch!" I cheered and clapped.

I did know about George Bush. He was athletic. Can't believe he didn't drop any of the gals, though. It surprised me that Aaron Spelling and George Bush were on the list!

It appears as if I missed this episode when it originally aired Il get to see it in a week or 2 when it re-airs on TNT hopefully. From what i read so far, it should be a good episode.
