I just read the 8 years thread. What I think is interesting is that many of the questions that fans ask are the same ones that the people who write the show ask. And the answers aren't always set until the final draft of the script. In this case, in an earlier version, Vera didn't just contemplate eating the cake - he ate it. And, most shockingly, Stillman looks in the window at his ex-...and doesn't go in. (I'm really glad that got changed.)

That's interesting.. I really thought Stillman wasn't going to go in at first. It was some look in his face that made me think that. And during the interrogation, what May said about how foolish it was trying to get back something they could never have again... It just lead me to think he wasn't going to try to get back his ex. But I'm glad it was changed too!

Question InsideR about last night's episode: was the show not able to get the rights for any Nirvana songs? If they weren't, did they then have to change the title from All Apologies to Detention? I was just wondering because when I first saw the episode title, I thought they were going to play that Nirvana song. Thanks!

There is rumour floating around that there is going to be some kind of George Marks mention/conversation in episode 16. Can you confirm this??

As for the Nirvana songs, hubby read in the paper that they wanted mucho mucho dinero (lots of money)to play them. So it was no deal and too much money.  |
