Actually ABC limited" Cupid" on the episodes, so perhaps. I've given up on the love, this show just stinks at even putting people together.

It's not me, but everyone wants Lilly to be someone but it seems like it won't ever happen for a permante love for her. It's sad really, for awhile I wanted Eddie but he went away. Poor girl

I don't think that Eddie is another Kite or Ray, he's different in everything. However Lilly seemed to be more of herself around him than the rest of the guys she has ever dated I so agree! I was re-watching some Season 6 episodes to get prepared for the Season 6 awards, & I just love Lil with Eddie. The "what sorority you pledging" line makes me laugh everytime. Lilly smiles more and seems happier with Eddie than any of the others. |

First time I saw him in CC, i thought he´s a jackass. But that was wrong  Ok that was blablabla....but I think they´re good together. And it seems that he really loves her. I´ll have lot of enemies with this sentence here but ---> I think Scotty isn´t good enough for Lilly and I can´t understand why all mean that they´re a good couple! |

I agree! Was never a fan of the L/S pairing... Much preferred Eddie, he was more her equal. But Ray will always be my favourite, would be great if they could bring him back!
He popped up in Bones as well, as Brennan's lover - that guy gets all the leading ladies. He did look quite a bit older, though.

I know this is late to reply but I just wanted to say how I feel. I bloody hate him. First of all, Lilly can do so much better than him. He treats her terribly. If he cared for her he wouldn't have went undercover in the first place. She can do so much better. I am not saying this because I am a L/S shipper. I personally think he is terrible for her. She can do so much better. I am dissapointed that the writers bought him back. He is terrible for her.

I don't like Eddie and his attempts to talk Lily into going down a road she really shouldn't. I'm no Lily & Scotty fan either...but Lily can do so much better than Eddie. A good boyfriend doesn't try to lead you down the wrong path, no matter how well intentioned it is.

lillyscotty - Until we see Eddie verbally/abusing/sexually abusing Lilly, then I believe the cry of "He's horrible for her!" is a bit unnecessary. I don't say this because I like Eddie (I'm rather apathetic towards him), but I believe that we need substance before we rake a character over the coals. So here's what we know. Lilly and Eddie were dating, but they didn't get along the first time they met. (It wasn't love at first site.) Then they go out, Eddie leaves to go undercover, and he returns. Evidently Lilly still has strong feelings for him. Also, he's one of the few people that Lilly's actually...shown emotion. Last night, I'm pretty sure that she was about to cry... (Or at least she looked really upset.) She doesn't do that just to anyone. So the chances of Eddie just going away, because a few fans don't like him...isn't going to happen. Embrace it or ignore it.

We are all entitled to our feelings and personally I think he IS horrible for her. They barley have anything in common and he doesn't treat her the way I would hve expected her to be treated. They need to find someone for that actually knows about her past, understands, and is there for her through everything. He is not that person. |

God, I hate him too. He is the worst boyfriend she has ever had. Like, seriously, the writers need to go over what they are doing. Lilly is so much better than him, why does she even care for him. I'll be happy when he goes, he is terrible. I hate him!

If he's so horrible for her then name at least TWO things he's done to her that are so horrible. Let me make it more confining. Tell me when Eddie has done the following to Lilly;
Beat her.
Yelled at her.
Put her down.
Emotionally abused her.
Sexually assaulted her.
And something else too. Yeah, I know people hate Eddie because he gave Lilly that gun, but there's something else too. Eddie's the only one that's acknowledged that Moe being out on the streets is bad news. Look at Lilly's squad! They're all like, "Oh, well Moe's out on bail, la la you just have to wait Lilly; da dee da-da"
Right, so again, you and blondelocks; name two times that Eddie has beaten, yelled at, put down, or assaulted Lilly.
(By the way. I don't mind opinions. What I have a problem with are opinions that are based more on feeling, rather that concrete proof. Right now I'm getting a whole shsyndrome-vibe here. if anyone wants to know what that is; PM me.)

Reverend, I get a feeling that a boyfriend/significant other can be horrible only if they do something that is illegal and punished by the law.
You're saying that Eddie is the only one that acknowledged that Moe is on bail and Lilly's squad basically ignored that fact. Well, what do you expect them to do? Kill the guy because things didn't go as planned? Moe doesn't stalk Lilly. It's the opposite actually. Moe, efter getting out on bail, didn't go to Lil's appartment to kill her or hurt her. The guy is innocent until proven guilty and he doesn't act in threatening manner towards Lilly. For the first few episodes I had a feeling that Lil is little obsessed with Moe, I'll even go as far and say that she had delusions. And Eddie gives a gun to Lilly practically saying "kill him if you want". Don't tell me that Eddie gave it for protection because if Moe will attact Lilly she has a right to use her gun in self-defense and no one will ask question if that will happen. But Eddie said that her gun comes with too many questions attached so he sugests a premeditated murder.
Isn't that a horrible thing to do as a boyfriend? He also in every conversation sugested that Moe still wants to kill Lilly and I haven't seen that...Moe haven't acted in any way that would suggest that.
Oh, and Eddie knowing that Moe is on bail and Lil is affraid of him was sending pictures of Lilly to her cell phone. Nice move! Scaring her like that and making her delusions even greater. I bet if he wouldn't send her those pictures Lilly wouldn't stalk Moe and feel threaten.
Now, is that enough reasons to say that Eddie is horrible boyfriend?

Not saying that at all; not saying that the squad should go out and kill Moe. But the truth of the matter is, Lilly's emotionally hurting after what Moe did to her, and after what the courts did. It's obvious that she needs an outlet, and one of the things that Stillman told her?
"You need to let this go Lil"
Now as far as Moe not wanting to kill Lilly? May I point to this bit of dialogue?
Moe: The more you push, the less I have to lose.
The meaning is clear. The more Lilly takes away from Moe, the less Moe will lose for actually killing Lilly. As for now, Lilly has not yet made any efforts to try and actually hurt Moe. Most of Lilly's actions have been vindictive actions.
And let me remind people of something, about Scotty. If Lilly were dating Scotty, you know what Scotty would do? He would hunt down Moe and beat the crap out of him. Remember, this is a guy who has no problems with roughing up people. This is a guy who has beaten people up.
On that note: Do tell me why, Eddie + Give gun to Lilly = Bad. But, Alternate Situation+Scotty and Lilly + Scotty beating up Moe = GOOD! ?
Smells like double standards to me.
