In the film, which is set at a high school with Willis as the principal, Morris will play Nurse Platt, a vegan/hippie stoner high school nurse. She will shoot the film next month around her "Cold Cast" schedule.blurb ...I thought it was a naughty school nurse...unless they changed the role since your post, which was a long time ago! So just forget I said anything!

Gina- She is supposed to be a naughty school nurse, we found that out during an interview KM did in AU.

The phrase Kathryn used was "inappropriate" so there is probably some naughtiness, but probably not in the way normally associated with the term "naughty nurse".

A bit of a review here: Pegasus News"In the course of his investigative journalistic pursuits, Bobby grills Paul's little sister, Chrissy (young Gabrielle Brennan, doing a good job of acting the precocious princess), who feeds him insider info in return for stuffed unicorns; and the slutty school nurse (played with leg-uncrossing aplomb by Cold Case's Kathryn Morris), who has a habit of popping out for fast food whenever patients arrive in her office."

According to Comingsoon.net it still says TBA August 2008. I wonder how many scenes Kathryn is in this one.

I'm not sure if you're going to make it through this film, RichE! The intel we're getting from these interviews and reviews is making it sound like her character really... hmm... how should I put this... puts herself out there. Frankly, I'm just not sure that this sort of overload is good for your health, especially if you end up screen capping it for *research* purposes. Thanks for the info.

After the film comes out, you might need your own nurse! At the very least, we'll want to make sure you're still alive and well. ;D

What a line: "... played with leg-uncrossing aplomb by Cold Case's Kathryn Morris". This film is going to prove hazardous to your health, RichE. We may have to have the ambulance on standby just in case ... you know ... your heart stops or something.

It's very sweet of you to show such concern for my wellbeing. Sounds like I might need my own nurse. I can think of one I'd like but she might be, to use her own words, "inappropriate" Obviously with Mischa Barton and Bruce Willis in it, and them not being the lead character, I can see Kathryn getting quite a small role. However, I am hoping that because her character seems to be on the weirder side of things that they will include her in the trailer (when ever that's released). That way it will give a wider impression of what the film is like.

I think you will have to wait until then, from what I checked there isn't any pictures from her in this movie yet.

I am a fan of Bruce Willis: I'm looking forward to seeing Kathryn Morris acting with him! Oh no! I think I'll have to wait a long time to watch that movie in Italy! (Maybe in December ) "and the slutty school nurse (played with leg-uncrossing aplomb by Cold Case's Kathryn Morris)." Stupid question: what does leg-uncrossing mean?

Stupid question: what does leg-uncrossing mean? Not a stupid question. With me you might get a stupid answer though You know when you sit down sometimes you cross your legs, one knee on top of the other? Like Lilly and the other woman are doing in this scene: That is sitting with your legs crossed. Uncrossing your legs is when you take the top leg off the other leg. I'm assuming where in Basic Instinct territory here. Have you seen Basic Instinct? The interrogation scene with Sharon Stone. I'd better stop think about Kathryn in scene like that I'm sure in this film it is not quite like that.

That is sitting with your legs crossed. Uncrossing your legs is when you take the top leg off the other leg. Thank you. Now I'll have a good day! This discovery make me happy! I'm crossing my legs now, but I haven't got Sharon Stone's style ;D Anyway, I thought it was something as an idiomatic expession...

Anyway, I thought it was something as an idiomatic expression... It is certainly not one I'm familiar with. So I think it must be a reference to something in the film, which I really, really want to see now

In another of my regular trawls for more stuff about this movie I stumbled across a casting notice from last July. Not particularly enlightening but I thought it might be of some interest. www.pollystaffle.com/speakeasy/viewtopic.php?t=82The section about the role Kathryn ended up with says this: Nurse Platt, any ethnicity, Mid - Late 20s. She is not the sharpest tool in the shed, and Nurse Platt somehow makes the combination of hippie and school nurse extremely hot. She is questioned by Bobby Funke, who wants to know more about the "knee injury" suffered by Paul during his last game.
