Hello boys and girls!

Hey there! It's the Byrdman coming at you on this rocking Wednesday - I hope that your midweeks are going well, just as mine is.

Gosh! Did anyone have as much trouble as I did in finding this yesterday? Wal-Mart did not have it (major disappointment!), but I did go to Best Buy yesterday, and it took almost a half an hour of searching to find a copy of the regular DVD, no blu-ray. I just thought the whole time the search was going on - "this came out today!" Oh well.

Well, anyway, I got a copy of the DVD but have yet to watch it. It may have to wait until this weekend also.

I was also wondering if anyone knew where I might be able to go to get a blu-ray DVD of this movie? Local outlets are scarce or nonexistant with their carrying of the film. Any ideas would be most welcome!

Also, did anyone else get a chance to purchase this and watch it yet? Let me know, boys and girls!

I'm glad to hear that you found the DVD of AoHSP. I wasn't so lucky Nearest Best Buy didn't have it, neither did Wal Mart. Probably on Friday I'll go on a hunt to get it

About the Blu Ray...there's something wrong with the release dates. Blu-ray.com is my source but when I went there it's says 'no release date' so I'm kinda confused now

I truly hope that you can find a DVD and that you can enjoy it as well. With our favorite girl KM, how could you not? I hope that you can find it too. Did you get my latest PM too?

Thanks for details on the blu-ray too - I can't get a definite answer anywhere on it. Some have said online that it will not be released on blu-ray. A local Barnes and Noble said it was not available and they did not think that there was any reason to think it would be. If anyone can give anything to help me out, it would be much appreciated.

I was going to get a regular DVD and then a blu-ray as well. If they do not come out with it, it will be a disappointment.

Hey there, it's the Byrdman coming at you after a wonderful night of sleep! Woo-hoo! Anyway, it's the weekend so you know I'm happy!

I also got a second copy of AOAHSP last night at Wal-Mart (they finally got some!), so I will have a backup of it. Did anyone else get it too?

Also, I was just thinking about how this DVD was doing in sales - has anyone seen any figures? I hope that it does well because of that special girl who is in it (hint hint...KM! Ha! ). But if anyone has seen anything, please let me know. I'm interested to see how it is doing in sales so far.

Got it in on my Netflix this weekend!

It was a really good movie, & our KM's scenes although short were great!

It was a like a Mrs. Robinson stoned! Loved it!

The storyline was believable. I didn't like Mischa Barton in it though. She just didn't fit for some reason.

Okay, I finally got to see this movie and Kathryn. OMG she was totally rad. ;D She was definitely funny but I wished she had more to do with the crime so that she had a longer part.


The movie was definitely for the younger crowd. Didn't they try to make the main character sort of a Columbo? Honestly I had a difficult time following his logic but I also wasn't paying that close attention. I wasn't too fond of how they portray younger people. I wouldn't want younger children seeing this movie.

So, you finally got to see AOAHSP? So, you liked KM's character? A little different, huh? Yeah, I wish that she had been in it more too - maybe she was filming Cold Case at the time she did this? But I really though she looked pretty too!

Yeah, it is more of a teenager's point of view for sure. More of a younger frame of mind. But yeah, it is rated R, so it obviously is not meant to target them, I don't believe.

But I'm glad that you liked it, Naj! Did you happen to watch the Director's commentary too?

Yes indeed, in the commentary part of AOAHSP, three guys (director, writer and producer if I remember correctly) talk about their takes on the film. And of course, they mention KM in her parts.

Hello, and good Saturday to you! I hope that you are all having rocking starts to your weekends so far, just like me! Already got my workouts in for the day and am trying to get some things ready before this evening. Just rocking and rolling as always!

But I wanted to get back on a little tidbit I noticed this past weekend. At my local Wal-Mart, copies of this movie went away and they were not back this week either - unfortunately, I don't expect them to come back.

This movie just seemed to come and go, does anyone else feel the same way? I remember seeing some things in the paper about it the weekend before it was released, but not a bit since then.

Does anyone have any idea what kind of sales figures this DVD got? Or if it has even been compiled? I tried to do a Google search to see the figure of sales, but came up with nothing.

Any help here would be much appreciated, boys and girls.
