Thanks LII!! I honestly can't wait to see this film. I'm so psyched to see Kathryn in this sort of film/role. She deserves it.

Has this one been posted before?
It's brief interviews with Josh Hartnett, Alan Alda, Rod Lurie and Rachel Nichols inter-cut with clips from the film. KM only appears in the clips.

The trailer is now on iTunes, including a couple of HD versions (720 and 1080). The HDs look AMAZING! You can download them for free.

While watching a rerun on CC I saw a trailer for this movie. This is the first time I had seen it but the format was different there was only one scene of Kathryn but her name didn't appear only Josh's and Samuel's did.

I had the unexpected opportunity to attend a screening of the movie and meet/speak with Kathryn. I've started a thread for that here. Great experience. The film is quite good. I think it is a real vehicle for Samuel L. Jackson. KM sort of plays the moral center of the film. Really, really good.

A question for LILLYKAT: why didn't you ask her if she was really unhappy with the direction Cold Case is going and what would she like to see differently or is being blown out of proportion by the press?

Thanks much, babyv16. A question for LILLYKAT: why didn't you ask her if she was really unhappy with the direction Cold Case is going and what would she like to see differently or is being blown out of proportion by the press? Because, in my opinion, I was there to cover her part in the movie, not what may/may not be going on on Cold Case. I also personally don't think her comments are being blown out of proportion by the press. They seem clear to me. Thus, it was not an issue I believed necessary or appropriate to bring up. Sorry if that disappoints you.

LillyKat - Something I keep forgetting to ask you (and I think other members will want to know as well):
How large of a role does Kathryn have in the film? Is she pretty central or is it more of a supporting role? I can't seem to get a feel for it from the previews and such.

Is she pretty central or is it more of a supporting role? I can't seem to get a feel for it from the previews and such. This is a good question, TVFan. I actually wondered that myself whilst I was waiting for the movie to begin. She is billed as the "female lead," but her part is definitely more along the supporting lines. This is definitely not Mindhunters, where she was in nearly every scene and/or the story focused on her. I would put Champ in the category of Minority Report, but with more to it. She isn't confined to the end of the film, or only one part of it. And while the story really does focus on Samuel L. Jackson (Champ) and Josh Hartnett (Erik), Kathryn (Joyce) is key to the film as its moral center, its balance. Her scenes are woven throughout, and they arrive at very important moments in the film (I think). I hope that helps. @ LII: I've started to see the trailer quite regularly. I think it depends on the channel you're watching, where they've decided to advertise, etc.

here how some clips and B movie rolls (b roll part 2 has KM in it) from Resurrecting the Champ. Cute interaction with Josh Hartnett and Rod Lurie Nice find skonygirl For those sensitive to such things there is some bad language in the clips. Including from Kathryn! From such sweet lips... Do you kiss your mother with that mouth Miss Morris? Would you kiss m.... Sorry, drifted off there for a moment Speaking of which, why isn't she the sole focus of the clip entitled "I could kiss you"? ;D

Somehow I only got to see the commerical for it one time on TV last monday. Has anyone else seen it on TV I haven't, VERY unfortunately! I have been flipping through channels every 15 seconds to see if it is on SOMEWHERE! But, NO. Pealee told me she saw it on Lifetime the other day, but I think maybe she has only seen it once too....
