I don't know what to say more! Lil and Ray should be TOGETHER - FOREVER and that's all ;D I just love Ray's face, smile, voice... Lil looks like a very happy kid when she see him on his m-bike  she kissed him - remember!!! Ray was and I think still is her first big love. |

ok: Lil has broke heart after Joseph broke up with her - this is a reason...
anyway, it looks like she is scared about relationships. Kite - broke up. Joseph - broke up. her dad - run... her fiance - make 'fun' with her sister...
she has no luck with mans and she is scared about pain after new relationship.
she's workholic...
Lil can't open up her heart - full open. she don't want to talk about her childhood, about her past [mom, dad, sister, fiance, boyfriends, report 49...]. I think she has more secrets than we think! maybe someone hurt her pretty much and now she's too scared to make her own love life? dunno, maybe we will find something in season 4.

Yeah, but the way she said "I want better for you" made it sound more like she was just jealous. It doesn't seem like she herself ever had any luck with love, or at least managing to get herself a decent man. Ray might not be perfect, but hey, if they met in teenager and he's still after her, I'd say he really cares about her and if they would make a couple he wouldn't hurt her. Or ever put her in any kind of danger. And there is a reason why Ellen can't be happy for her daughter, because there is no man in her life who would give his life for her... Oh man, why couldn't the writers just make Ray stay instead of writing him out of the script?  Hopefully he comes back at the end of this season, or in next season maybe... |

I think Lilly realizes that he isn't the type to stay around long, She wants someone stable in her life. Ellen wasn't Jeolous but trying to protect Lilly, maybe she doesn't want her to land up living the life she did

Ellen wasn't Jeolous but trying to protect Lilly, maybe she doesn't want her to land up living the life she did Yep, IMO, Ellen's acknowledged she could rarely refer to herself as a mother to Lil and Chris, therefore, is taking it upon herslef to make sure her girls, well Lil at least, who knows what's going on with chris, can have someone there for her like she was supposed to provide for her girls, as a mother, but clearly failed, Miserably. And she does't think Ray can provide that for Lil because of the lifestyle he lives. Like a nomad, here one day, gone the next. Always in between cities because of his work. She's obviousy still not impressed by the fact her daughter is riding aound on the back of a harley. If it were my daughter, I'd be a little more thankful. I'd rather her boyfriend have a bike than a car. |

I have to admit that I hated Ray when I first saw him but he's growing on me I've tried so hard to see Scotty & Lilly together and although I'm still a huge shipper, i don't think it's going to happen. Ray, on the other hand, is almost very likely to come back and I love to see Lilly have a little happiness even if it is only short lived. |
