...Veronica Mars often shows Veronica's dreams and it is a noir-film show as well. It works well, and it leaves the viewers pouring over the possible clues in the dream sequences. In fact, there was an episode this past season where about 75% of it was Veronica's dream sequences....  NO KIDDING!! TVFan, you might just have 'Vimped' me here...!! Huh!! |

Since Lilly shot and killed George, I think she may agree a bit and by frightened by his assessement that they are just alike. He turned her into a killer. Now,I know that's not the same at all, but I don't think Lilly would be convinced of that.

Disasterfreak, this is a good question for InsideR. Maybe you could inquire over in the Spoilers forum. I'd be interested in knowing as well. It seems they get a lot of mail too so it's entirely possible things come about by those letters.  I have to admit I did want to see at least a dream Lilly had with George in it. Some new material. Yes, it could work the way you've put it, TVFan. I think you're right, she IS more sensitive to those topics and trying to make changes in a Lilly way. I wish we could get the writers' view of this. Are they really being as subtle and insightful as you are? Or are they just giving the public what it wants (hair-wise and love-wise, for example) and we're tying the knots the way we want to? Anyway, your post was brilliant, TVFan. ;D Touché. |
