Just a week after Scotty had been released he was back on the case. Still nobody had a single clue to what had happened to him during the previous week. Now the squad got its first real solid lead which was leading them back to the dance hall. Around 7:30, both Lilly and Scotty entered the place undercover hoping to spot their source.

Not wanting to reveal who they really were, the two decided to dance. As soon as that happened a song called” Now and Forever by Carol King “started to play. While listening to the lyrics Lilly closed her eyes trying to connect the song to their case. Then everything changed back to the way it was in 1956, for a brief second as she watched both Madison and Antonio dance.

Even though she was blind, Lilly could tell just how much he loved her. Maybe this wasn’t about her but something deeper. Now looking up the scene was back to the present as the song quickly faded into another one.

As they were getting back to their table, Scotty saw someone that looked to be a person of interest. In a dark alley, the woman turned around.

“I know something about Madison” she said” The baby was born dead, that’s what they had told her”.

Madison lies there after giving birth, as an unknown woman comes into the room.

“What am I supposed to do” she said sniffling.

The woman stands there” Antonio doesn’t want you, he never did. You can’t keep on chasing after a useless dream that never would happen” before two orderlies grab Madison leading her into an isolation chamber.

Lilly then realized that the older woman was really Rebecca.
“Why come to us now about this?

Rebecca put a hood over her head” That woman had gotten through to Madison poor thing. When Antonio received the news he was also upset but the interesting part about it is that he still loved her”

She then glanced over in fear” I can’t be seen with you, but here’s the name” before running off into the darkness.

Now with a new suspect, the case was turning into one that was hard to forget. The next day the person of interest hated talking to police. Both Lilly and Kat stormed into the room as Sabrina Cas sat there. Her eyes were fixed on the blonde already full of hatred for her.

“Why tell Madison Fap that her baby had died”?

Sabrina crossed her arms” I did what I had to do to protect her, she couldn’t know the truth. Nine months later Madison was gone”.

Kat stared at the woman” Where did she go”?

“Probably to that Cuban boyfriend of hers. He had that same look on his face like your partner had when he had brought me in”.

Lilly threw a chair across the woman growing full of rage” You have no right taking away someone’s baby just in order to protect them. What do you think just because Madison was blind didn’t mean that she couldn’t be a loving parent, or just because Antonio was Cuban”?

“It had nothing to do with that Blondie, but that love had to end. A few minutes after I had informed him about the news, Manuel his brother came to pick him up”.

Just an hour later, Scotty had managed to track him down. Manuel didn’t lead an exciting life after his third marriage had failed miserably.

“I discovered them lying in a field together, seeing how my brother cared for that girl. The two were talking about raising their baby there. Antonio loved Madison but his heart broke when she died. He never wanted anyone else but her”.

Scotty let out a breath” So you didn’t have problem with him dating her”?

“Madison was like a sister to me, someone you liked to be around. It didn’t matter that she was blind but not everyone saw it that way, but I wasn’t speaking about her family. Even her uncle had respect for my brother after seeing how much he cared about his niece”.

Everyone agreed that this case was full of twists and turns. With people not being eliminated as suspects, the squad was searching deeper for answers. Jefferies then held up an old police report as Lilly came closer.

“What’s that Will” she asked

“Old police report that was never formally filed but the person here was an orderly at the same mental hospital during the same time that Madison had been there. This guy isn’t anywhere to be found”.

By the next morning, Lilly was sitting at her desk still scouring through the case. Although she was now able to sleep through the night this case was bothering her.

Especially when there was no sign of any legal adoption of the baby, which had meant anyone could have taken her. Now Stillman had found their missing man who was now serving time up in Frackville.

The guy better known as Alex sat there with a smug look on his face.

“I knew Madison blind as a bat, but not the type of person I could hate. One night while during my rounds saw a group of men following the doctor out. After that my life was in danger so the only choice was to go leave town for awhile”.

Meanwhile a note was sent into headquarters, telling them to drop their investigation. Since there were no fingerprints or handwriting to compare it to; it was hard to figure out who had sent it. From the looks of it look as if it had come from an old typewriter.

Now without another single clue on the note, Lilly found so many inconsistent findings with the case it made it hard for anyone to find who the real killer was. The baby was alive but where was she and who had adopted her? Why take then one thing that meant so much to both Madison and Antonio knowing how much they already loved their baby.

Now walking into headquarters Kat caught up with her” We found a patient that’s still alive but you have to hear her story. In fact Lilly practically skipped getting coffee since this case was that intense. In an interrogation room Scotty sat there looking a broken woman not understanding why there was tremendous amount of fear in her eyes.

When Lilly entered she too saw that look “ You got a name”?
“ Have none but I knew Madison. Sweet girl so alone in the world until she met Antonio, but that place we all lived was a nightmare. Poor think lived in the darkness never saw the world but had so much strength like you Detective Rush. That baby broke her heart since she never got to hold it, but every night she hear it crying out wanting to comfort it”.

Madison is walking down the hallway while her hands run along the walls. The sound gets louder as she turns feeling the glass knowing her baby is in there. A door squeaks open as Sabrina comes out looking right at her” This isn’t a place where you should be” before grabbing her by an arm.
“ My baby’s alive you lied to me, I need to sure it’s okay”.
The doctor came out as Madison’s door slammed shut.

“ Then what happened “ Scotty asked seeing the woman so broken.
“ Beat her but after the last beating Madison was so desperate to get out of there”.

Madison is crying as Antonio sits nearby” Please get me out of here, I can’t live like this”.
He wipes the tears away seeing how flat her stomach is also feeling heartbroken about the baby. Looking around there is no more escaping since she was to remain there forever. Antonio takes her hand” Still won’t ever stop loving you” he whispers before leaving. Madison now lies there crying softly in the darkness.


Lilly grew confused” Saying Antonio broke it off with Madison”?
“ No cause she escaped but when I saw her again she was pregnant again sporting a small ring on her finger”.
The two detectives looked at the woman” How did you know Madison was pregnant”?
“ I just assumed she was the way her hand rested on her stomach, truth was she was never the same after being there. Isolation chambers, ice baths, beatings you name it , then getting her baby taken away broke Madison’s heart forever”.

In the other room Kat and Jefferies were speaking to Antonio again.
“ How were things once Madison escaped”.
“ She didn’t her uncle Sal signed her out but allowed me to take her. He said she deserved to have a life with someone whom loved her. After that Mad wasn’t really herself anymore cried a lot just wanted our baby back”.

Now it was time to explore the old mental hospital as Scotty glanced over at Lilly. He was always protective over his girl for some many reasons. Inside it appeared nothing suspicious until they found a secret straircase leading directly into the tunnel. Just an hour later CSU revealed so much blood on the walls and floors it was almost sickening.

When Lilly went into another room she almost threw up” Scotty” as he came running before pulling her away from the room” Think something’s there”. Now with the body being loaded into the bag the two detectives found pictures of both Madison and Antonio, before taking it for evidence. The most alarming thing was seeing more skeletons strewn across the floor.

Now feeling so overprotective, Scotty led Lilly back outside into a car” Can’t risk anyone hurting you”.
She tried to fight but knew he was right before the two made it back to headquarters. Now looking over the pictures Lilly knew Antonio couldn’t have killed her. He had no motive or reason especially since it showed how much he adored her.

Antonio then came into the bullpen demanding he talk to Scotty alone. Inside of them room he finally let out some truths to the story. Somehow Madison had gotten hurt inside that caused the pregnancy to appear, he now wondered if the baby wasn’t his. Without any adoption records it was going to be hard to find the woman, if in fact she was alive.

With all this being said Antonio left a small photo album along with diary. As Scotty opened it up he saw a picture of Madison standing there all alone and pregnant. He couldn’t help but feel for her especially since she never got a chance to meet her baby. In the diary there was a name but didn’t match anyone the squad had spoke to.

All Madison thinks about is going dancing with that Hispanic guy. Not even sure if he is the father of her baby but something needs to be done. We all got something taken away from us why does she being allowed to experience love but not us? The baby c’mon that child isn’t about to live here in this pit with a mother who can’t even see, yet alone do anything normal.

She’s a freak but soon Madison will learn what it’s like to be one of us.

When Scotty caught up to Antonio he held up the book” Who wrote this” before getting an address. Two hours later Lilly and Kat were sitting in Rosemary Doe’s home. Her eyes had dark circles underneath showing how tired she was.
“You write this”
Rosemary looked at the entries” Just Jealousy I liked Madison cause she had so much spirit in her. Even after they look that little girl from her, nothing could stop her from loving Antonio. The doctors would make her sit all night in an ice bath before beating her up. Real nice monsters they were, but when Antonio was all she had in this world.

Lilly looked over at Kat” How did you know she had a girl”.
“Heard them talking about it, broke Madison’s heart when she found out. Wanting to hold her baby but that one doctor was so cruel”.

Rosemary watches behind a door while Madison is sitting on a bed. The doctor is standing there among Sabrina.
“That baby is a mistake good thing it died. Who would want a blind mother anyway? Nobody loves you even Antonio thinks you are freak” as he smacked her hard on the face. Madison got up and fought before being restrained” Tomorrow you’re getting the lobotomy”.

Kat looked puzzled” When was this”?
“The day the baby was born, but Madison never got it. Sabrina made sure she didn’t but that doctor was cruel that one night he became so abusive three patients died”.

The two detectives glanced over at each other before leaving. Now with so many suspects and the stories being warped there was no telling who killed her. On a hunch Jefferies found many violations on the doctor’s record, one included running a baby mill underground.

Madison sat there all alone in this darkened place, hearing people being tortured while they screamed in misery. She could not longer escape from this knowing that nobody really loved her including Antonio it was all just a façade. What made it worst was her precious baby girl had been taken away before she could hold it in her arms? Tears of sadness fell down her cheeks while thinking about what the baby looked liked.

Did it resemble her or Antonio, but those questions would never be answered. Maybe being blind caused them to take this tiny baby from her. Madison knew it hurt never to be the family that Antonio had once spoke about, never feel the warm sunshine that was part of a world she never was part of. Not even dancing with him was ever going to happen, just a story filling up in the depths of her own mind.

Now sitting all alone Madison thought once again about dying knowing there was nothing she could do to bring back her sight or her little girl. Then feeling the strong hands of Antonio in hers, he then gently wiped away the tears.

“Why you crying” he asked softly as Madison shed more” Go away I don’t deserve someone like you”.
Antonio then watched her lie down “Mad I love you doesn’t matter if you can’t see. I know all your life you wanted to be free of this place”.
She then sniffled” Well I can’t this place is like a death trap, then why tell me about the outside”?
“One day we’ll be together and married”.
Madison cried some more” No without our baby; Sara”, this made Antonio smile the thought of his daughter” I wanted so much to hold her, knowing she’s without our love”. Then a doctor came into the room as he held out a needle as another doctor held Antonio back” Go make your rounds” before jumping on one of them.
“She doesn’t need to be sedated, Madison isn’t insane” before another nurse came in and held her down.
“ANTONIO” she screamed as he watched while being held there against his will. Soon Madison body stopped tensing as a whisper came out” Sara” as the doctor dropped him” Clean up this mess now”. With a nurse watching him Antonio began to clean up glancing over at Madison’s now flatten stomach knowing that once their daughter was once inside of her.

After cleaning up he closed the door feeling the heartbreak that his love was feeling inside. Later on Madison awoke while Antonio blotted her head” its okay we got to get you out of here, we’ll find Sara on the way”.
“No there is no escape” her voice drifting off. He then kissed her” Being blind never stopped me from loving you. That’s not what I see but a beautiful woman that I want to be around all the time”.
“I want Sara’ she whispered” Being my baby back”. Antonio looked up to see Rosemary standing there looking straight at him. Being her was another woman as the scene then shifted back to the present day.


Lilly was feeling the tears inside building up remembering her mother’s last words. She still missed her so much knowing that comfort and love would never be there again. Now thinking about Madison an idea came into her mind” What if we search using the name Sara with that same birth date”?

“That’s a long shot Rush” Vera replied as the blonde looked back into the diary” We got two people that lied about Antonio taking Madison out dancing. Now we got a case that doesn’t make sense; and a baby who we are yet to find”.

Kat then came in” That body we found in there is Madison’s, no prints were lifted but rose petals were scattered all over”.
“Same ones that Antonio found with that note from JM”.
Lilly looked up “Scotty and I will have a talk with Antonio” as Stillman came out of his office” Rose just died there coroner just made a positive ID”.

The squad looked at him” Found new info on the diary Boss, seems like we were all told a big lie”.
“Not entirely Madison was signed out just two days before her death, according to a log it wasn’t her uncle that signed her out”.
Jefferies held out a piece of paper” It was Rosemary but she was a nurse not a patient”.

The door then opened as Lilly and Scotty stood there facing Antonio” You lied to us, Madison did get signed out until two days according to this”.

Antonio looked at the paper” That was forged; she did escape at the end. Rosemary helped her out that day she died. We went into the club and then Madison ran off”.

Scotty shook his head” You expecting me to believe that, the diary states that the two of you danced” as the older man looked at the book “Nobody knew what she was feeling expect for her, I hope nothing happened to our daughter do want to meet her”.

In the next room Kat sat across from Rosemary” Where you Jealous that Madison was in love and had baby”.
“No that’s why I signed her out that day. Had no idea she got killed that night, all I wanted was for her to have a new life with Antonio”.
Kat then pushed forward a copy of a sign out sheet” Then why lies Rosemary”?
“Had to the doctors were so cruel to Madison, everyone was. Her mother abandoned her at birth and her aunt sent her here after her blindness got found out. Antonio brought that life into her eyes the one person who would be there, could let someone like her die in this pit of misery”.

As Kat was leaving Rosemary turned around” The head of the place said it for gov’t testing so no one questioned but a lot of people died there, I know who took that baby away” before handing her an address. Now with a potential suspect Kat wasn’t about to let Rosemary walk out of here knowing this case was the hardest to solve.

That was a dead lead since the guy had been dead since the 1949 not making it possible. Then Lilly looked up” How did Madison die; No ligature marks, stab or gunshot wounds maybe someone poisoned her”?
“A blind woman Rush who was poor that’s cracked” Vera said eating his forth slice of pizza. Kat then read more of the diary entries” If her uncle did love her why didn’t he adopt the baby”?
“Maybe no one knew about it”.

The Kat spotted something” Sal was forced to stop seeing Madison he did but why keep away. This doesn’t make sense unless Antonio isn’t telling us the real truth”. Scotty shook his head” Not about the murder he’s got an alibi for that night, home with his brother. The neighbors backed up his story”.

It took a lot of work but they found Madison and Antonio’s daughter tracking her through snitch that used to run a baby mill. Sara looked just like her mother as she sat there looking at a picture of her parents in wonder. There were scars all over from her arms down to her legs from self abuse as Lilly found out that she had been hospitalized for several decades.

Turns out that Sara was pushed around to several families who didn’t love her; but then began to get angry before her husband led the blonde detective out, as Lilly wondering why she didn’t want to meet Antonio. Then a picture came into homicide dated the day that Madison had died along with several rose petals and a note.

“Her baby died at birth get it, Madison wasn’t supposed to be love” as it was signed JM. Jefferies looked up” Who is JM no one I ever spoke to had mentioned that”. Kat shook her head’ Antonio said it meant Just Me but that doesn’t make any sense, especially why it’s typed up in that fashion with no fingerprints”.

Now exploring more the place both Stillman and Lilly took Rosemary back to the place. Right away she held onto the blonde’s hand” I can’t Detective, they’ll kill me please take me home”. After Vera took the older woman home, Scotty found a file hidden in the way with a death certificate of baby and Madison’s medical records.
Inside was something strange, Sal wasn’t her uncle but father but realized that Madison wasn’t blind. In fact she had been signed in as a blind patient but had perfect eyesight. This gave motive to Antonio but no all made a lot of sense. The death certification wasn’t for Sara but for her but after digging Sabrina was Madison’s mother not Rose. Things were getting in more bizarre in this case as Kat, Scotty and Lilly went down even deeper into the tunnel. Inside was a tiny heart with the names Madison & Antonio scribbled into it as a blood strain covered it. After Scotty kicked down something they found an old record player with a piece of paper with writing” NO MORE MUSIC” with the initials JM.

Lilly then put it together” JM was a doctor here” as the all realized this place was soundproofed before Vera found them before falling through the floor. The place was littered with bones, of humans.

With Sabrina and Sal really being Madison’s parents and the fact she was placed her as a blind person when really she could see was puzzling detectives. The questions remained where was JM and why were there so many skeletons lying around? Lilly began to get the feeling that this guy had become a serial killer but it didn’t explain how Madison had died.

Then looking at the note she realized he had taken everything that Madison wanted so much away. A chance on love being with Antonio, raising their daughter together, being free; Lilly knew this case had to be solved her and Sara who never got a chance to know her mother. While Scotty was digging he found more diaries that led up close to time that Sara was born, as he read he began to realize what kind of monster JM was.

Madison sits there with both of her hands on her stomach, fearing her own child’s safety. Antonio comes in as he also feels it while speaking to their unborn baby. He is amazed by this before Rebecca walked in” Let’s go” as another orderly leads her out of the room. Antonio follows scared for both her and their unborn child as well. Inside he hears Madison screaming loudly while she kicked and screamed.

By the time Antonio was able to see her he sees bruises on her forehead, before using a cold cloth to blot gently. He whispers something in Spanish as Madison’s eyes flutter open” Hurt me”. Her hands gently graze her stomach “Baby’s kicking hard”.
“I need to get you out of here” as JM stood there” That’s off limits”. Antonio grew angrier” You kept her here all her life, Mad never had seen anything not even took a breath of fresh air. She needs to be able to experience those things, especially with her baby about to be born soon”.
JM’s eyes widened” Don’t plan on meeting that baby” before he walked away. Madison silently cries as she strokes her abdomen” Can’t live like this; you tell me so much about the outside but what I am supposed to do now”?
Feeling their baby moving around Antonio bends down to kiss her stomach” I love you and our baby, I’ll find a way”.
Later that night Madison is walking down the hallway when she sees what JM is doing before Rebecca catches up to her.

Scotty looked up” Looks like Rebecca was in on something but what did JM do to Madison. Sara’s still alive, think Antonio lied to us”.

Inside of the interrogation room both Lilly and Scotty were sitting there looking directly at Antonio” You knew Madison wasn’t blind, and she never left that place so why lie to us”. The older man looked down shaking his head” Rebecca made me swore not to tell a soul but I have to for Madison and our daughter, but I had to protect them”.

Lilly sighed” Did you know that JM was a serial killer”.
“He killed him yes, in that dark tunnel. Madison didn’t die the in the same way, but that day she went missing she told she was pregnant”. Antonio let out a breath” She has escaped a six months prior but was still upset over losing Sara, it bothered me that I didn’t get to see my little girl grow up. Probably looks like her mother, everyone knew about JM being a murderer. I never killed anyone he would take the patients down there and do horrific things. Mad only got hit but it was the diaries she wrote in to keep herself sane but stopping writing after Sara’s birth”.
Scotty shook his head” Then why lies”?
“Had to those people could kill you, especially with Sal and Rose being her parents. Sabrina wasn’t her mother but always assumed she was. You see she was mentally insane but the doctors there didn’t seem to notice this; because of JM”.
“They were dating” Lilly said” Motive to kill Madison, did they know about her second pregnancy”?
Antonio looked down” No only I did, was devastated I never got to meet two of my kids, or marry Mad”.
Coming out everyone was clueless to know the real motive, but JM was still alive and the team needed to find him. More importantly if Madison wasn’t the intended target who was, but who was her real parents? With so many lies everyone couldn’t figure out the real truth since it seemed to change with a split second. Now sitting at her desk, Lilly read through Madison’s diaries trying to understand her. In a way she pictures what was like never to see the light, breathe fresh air or even experience the world outside.

Looking at picture of the two Lilly made a promise to find her killer. She couldn’t let this case go unsolved knowing that both Antonio and Sara needed their justice as well, not once did she suspect Antonio. Though he was aware about this there was no motive for murder and the alibi was still making sense.
Maybe it wasn’t love but something even greater but was it possible JM was trying to stop this love knowing that Antonio was Hispanic and Madison was white? That theory was cracked but then searching through Lilly realized sixteen unspecified deaths that had never been filed. Was it possible that cop was involved with this also? Being a good cop she searched the cop’s name and tracked him down. When they got there the man Fred Fox nearly had a stroke.
“You know anything about Madison Fap’s death” Lilly said holding up a badge. Fred looked at her blonde hair before studying Scotty” Was the officer on the scene, terrible thing what happened. Just a year ago she was pregnant”.
Scotty sat down” Know anything why they didn’t let her keep the baby”?
“JM was a nasty man something I didn’t want to know or mess with, it was his idea to give up her child. I thought that was wrong Madison wasn’t insane but it drove her crazy afterwards calling out the baby’s name”.
“Sara” Scotty said as Fred nodded” Heard the baby crying out beautiful little girl, but nobody was even paying any attention to her. Especially when she was born, the look on Madison’s face as she held out her arms was cruel”.
Madison is pushing until hearing her baby crying out as she hears what it is” Let me hold her”. Rebecca takes the baby away as Madison cries out” Sara” needing to hold her child so much. “Give me back my baby” she cried. Rebecca hits her as Sara continues to cry hard as JM steps inside looking at the baby” Send it away”.
“No she needs me” as JM takes her pulse” Doesn’t need anyone” before the two of them leave.

Fred looks down” Heard Madison crying hard wanting her little girl, saw her lying there with her arms folding as if she was cradling a baby. Later that night was sent with another cop to take her to a place, but wanted could see the child needed to be loved”.

Scotty grew angrier “Where were you at the time of her death”?
“At the station check it out”.
Lilly got up “We will, you could have stopped this. Madison deserved to be holding her daughter, that little girl grew up not being loved”.
By the time they came back another note was there before Kat came rushing in “The old place is blazing in fire”.

Luckily they were able to retrieve all the bodies but it would take awhile to identify them all, but in the meantime Sara’s DNA matched to both Madison and Antonio but Madison’s DNA didn’t match neither Sal, Rose or anyone else connected to the case. It seemed like she was born but nobody knew who was her real parents, now with a killer on the loose the team scrambled around trying to pinpoint a connection. Then something interesting was found with Madison the day she died, an advertisement for a fair.

This made perfect sense since Madison longed to go to one but never had that chance, but then as Lilly was looking through what was left of the records she noticed that Antonio continued to work there which sounded fishy. Now armed with this new evidence both she and Scotty headed back to his home seeing how this guy had no real reason to lie anymore.

“I had to stay so that JM wouldn’t kill me”
Lilly shook her head” Did Madison know about this”? Antonio got up handing her a certificate” We got married at the justice of the peace, but Madison wasn’t happy. She wanted a real wedding to wear a beautiful dress but couldn’t; and the fact that our daughter wasn’t there cause her depression to worsen”.

Antonio sighed” Madison lost her sparkle after Sara was born, but getting pregnant a second time made her even sadder. Wanted to do something so I took her out dancing, by them her hope was gone”.
Scotty finished writing something down” I assume there were fights”.
“No Mad just continued to write silently wouldn’t go out of the apartment. The truth was she disappeared two days before she was found dead, where she went I didn’t know”.
Lilly looked at him suspiciously” A girl like that wouldn’t know how to deal with the world after being locked away since she was little. Had to be a reason you report her missing”?
Antonio took off his glasses” Couldn’t the police wouldn’t file it, since two of them were the ones who took Sara away. They also worked with JM I was afraid they might hurt Mad and our baby. Our daughter never knew just how much she was loved by us, how much Mad wanted to be a mother”.

On a hunch Scotty handed him a picture of a flyer advertising a fair” You ever take Madison there”.
“No but one night I went there wanting her with me. Her smile was like yours detective one that could light up the whole room, but she was all alone in that dark place. She wanted to feel that excitement but they prevented everyone in that place. Mad had never saw rain wanting to look up and feel the raindrops upon her face”.

The two weren’t convinced but knew Antonio wanted her case to be solved. He loved her too much but wanted to meet their daughter knowing she was still loved by him. Back at headquarters everyone was meeting in Stillman’s office, on the desk were pictures that were pretty gruesome. Indeed JM was torturing his patients but none of them were classified as mentally ill, but then peering over at a symbol everyone began to realize that this was a cult.

Kat the placed a picture over on the desk” Was Madison part of this” before Jefferies shook his head” Her DNA doesn’t match anyone there, but I think those people were meant to believe that they were ill why did they give up her baby”?

Vera came in” Out of protection maybe that psycho wanted to make sure the baby wouldn’t be harmed”.
Lilly sighed” Took away Madison’s chance of being a mother wasn’t fair to either or them” before looking at the document” She came here as a newborn wasn’t loved herself until Antonio came. Maybe this has to do with love”?
“ So who killed her Rebecca, Sal, Rose, Sabrina, JM , Manual or Antonio” as Scotty shook his head” Still think it’s JM he doesn’t seem like the type to just let Madison escape, but why fake her blindness”?

The blonde sighed before Frannie entered” Your victim isn’t Madison”
“ Madison’s alive” seeing the woman nod “ The bones aren’t the same age as when she died, it was from a missing woman that disappeared from her home that same year”. Kat looked at the picture” Who identified the body” as Frannie sighed” Nobody but her body was stolen that night from the morgue”.

Just then Stillman put down his phone before glancing over” We need you to meet Manual near the place where supposedly Madison was dump but can’t reveal who you are” looking at Scotty direction before everyone got their roles. Later that night Scotty dressed in Jeans a black top with a grey sweat jacket stood in the alley.
Inside of a car Lilly put on her listening device hoping to get some information. Manual arrived looking around” They set it up the plan around Madison escaped, but no one had ever escaped from there. JM did horrible things to the patients “handing him several old files” Doing this for Mad’s sake, she was my sister in law she deserved to have a life. Was a beautiful woman didn’t belong there”.

While he was walking out gunshots were heard a Manuel lay dead bleeding, as Lilly got out running before seeing that her partner wasn’t there.
“Lil” he gasped looking down she saw Scotty lying there” What’s down there”.
Scotty got up” Going to take a look”
“Get out” seeing shadows” Get out NOW” before Lilly helped them out now running hard the two feared their lives. Upon passing the car they saw their coworkers passed out knowing something bad was about to happen, Scotty being a good friend and partner became protective over her. Then the shadows were gone as Lilly called for backup.

With the forensic team in action the two were exhausted but remained there before finding out the tunnel led over to an abandoned building. Inside were hundreds of files on had Madison’s name on it until seeing a nursery.
“What the hell were they doing” Scotty whispered. Kat looked around” Probably took Sara here”.
Vera walked around before inspecting an examining room before long luminal glowed indicating a presence of blood all over the walls. Then glanced over at a mirror Lilly saw flashes of Madison standing there with her hands on the glass, before one of them led her into the room screaming.
“She was here” Lilly said” Think Madison discovered where her daughter was”.
Scotty then handed something to her” Not according to this, was another place but were they performed lobotomies but Madison’s name isn’t listed”.

This case was troubling everyone, now with a victim that wasn’t actually Madison the team worked even harder. Lilly still held out hope that they’d find her alive but knew it probably wasn’t going to happen, especially that JM was nowhere to be found since it was just a moniker, no one they had talked to knew his real name.

The squad had two people to find first Madison if in fact she was still alive and JM. Why would there be a cult inside of an asylum or were the people really insane; a question that nobody knew. Looking at the pictures told Lilly a tale of control, power and discipline. Just about every part of the building had locks on each of the doors and underground tunnels leading to rooms that kept patients away from the light, after doing some internet research Lilly came across a site as Scotty’s eyes widened seeing pictures from that place.

“Ain’t that Madison” pointing towards a picture of a woman while Lilly zoomed up closer.
“Yeah but the date is from 1960, what the hell is going on here. So if this was taken on that date what happened to Madison’s second baby”? Scotty was at a loss for answers but then saw something odd” Lil click on that one” as the mouse hit on the picture on the right side, sure enough it was a guy with dark eyes and a stoic stare “Think we found JM”.

Jefferies wasn’t so sure about everything especially after what had happened to Manuel, wondering now if this was a setup from the start. Madison suddenly disappearing from the apartment didn’t make a whole lot of sense especially since she supposedly was in love with Antonio and pregnant. Perhaps Antonio was hiding a secret of his own but didn’t want to be killed like his brother. Kat then got off the phone,” That was Frannie, seems as if Manuel was already dead since his DND didn’t match Antonio’s”.
“You’re saying now they aren’t brothers” Scotty questioned” How can that be”?
Kat sighed” Manuel supposedly died that day Madison that doesn’t explain this” showing pictures of the man’s legs with appeared to have burn marks around them”.
Lilly shook her head” So the cult is still running great” biting her nails “ Okay so let’s say Madison is alive could she be part of this as well”?
“Don’t float that around Lil” Stillman answered coming out of his office” Lab screwed up Sara’s DNA, she’s not their daughter. Madison had given birth to a Stillborn baby girl like Rebecca had originally had said, but no records back up any indication of a second pregnancy”.
The squad was now so confused on this” Rebecca wasn’t lying but why go through all that trouble and lie telling them later their daughter was alive” argued Lilly” Makes it sound like she was part of this as well”.
Scotty was growing in more tiffed at this case but on the way home he yelped in pain as someone injected something into his arm causing him to fall to the ground. Two unknown men put the detective in a van and drove off, leaving his badge lying on the floor. Upon awakening he found himself lying in a dark cold place with two red eyes glowing into his.
“Don’t look at them” a voice said. Scotty’s eyes turned away but realized he couldn’t see straight at all, in fact his vision was doubled and foggy. Glancing over he saw Rebecca injecting him with something but couldn’t stop her from that” Relax it’s going to protect you”.
Lying back Scotty’s eyes stared up blankly as demonic sounds began to be hear from a distance. His mind went blank filling up with hatred for his best friend and partner; though they weren’t in love their friendship was all they had together. He couldn’t stand how Lil had changed in fact he wished she was the same woman he had met her but now she appeared merely as a person with a lost soul.
Sometime later Scotty got up seeing some small circular things on his chest, arms and legs. He knew what they were going to do but it was just paranoia upon discovering a room filled with monitors displaying various heart rhythms including his. Meanwhile Lilly was frantic to find her partner but re interviewed Antonio wanting to find out the real truth.

“Don’t give me that crap you knew this place was merely a cult, why did Madison go back that night”?
Antonio grew scared” They’ll kill me like they will do to your partner and him” glancing around at Vera” Madison was special to them but something happened that day we found out about Sara” Lilly wasn’t about to play anymore games “Go on I want the real truth this time”.
“Started my shift at 4is but Mad wasn’t well. Checking on her before Rebecca got two other orderlies to wheel her into another room but received orders to take care of some more patients. Kept on hearing mad screaming out in pain wanting to be there when our baby was born, but then I witnessed Rebecca carrying something wrapped in a blanket”.

“Sara” as Antonio nodded sadly” Went inside as Mad sat there crying wanting to at least hold her, she was upset beyond belief. JM ordered me out threatening if I spoke about the baby my life would be over, then I saw Sara lying there” Antonio then began to cry hard as Lilly sat closer” Tell me what happened after Madison escaped have to for her and Sara, they need you”.

“ANSWER ME” yelled Lilly” Madison deserved better after losing Sara, this isn’t about you Antonio. She loved you a lot you were the only one who understood her and cared in that dark world. WHO IS JM”?
“Can’t tell you”
“WHY NOT” Lilly was nearing her wits end with him” Had to deal with evil forces the demons that plagued that place and others. We all saw these things but Madison didn’t, because she didn’t believe in those kinds of things. Find your partner and I’ll tell you more”.

Lilly was all about solving this case but worried about Scotty who was only her friend nothing else; but he just happened to fool the people there. In fact he had stumbled across a room seeing blood caked onto the walls, as violent scream pierced through his ears before realizing this couldn’t be real. Walking around Scotty kept his cool knowing that this case was going to be solved for Madison knowing she didn’t have that chance to live and be loved.

Finding a flashlight before seeing that the hallway led to a door which appeared to be locked until he kicked it in pictures of several victims included in the case file hanging up; but Scotty knew either the killer or someone close to him was continuing to kill. He couldn’t let anyone else meet their own demise but now being trapped Scotty had to remain strong and find out that real truth about Madison so she could have her own justice.

Meanwhile Lilly and Vera continued to grill Antonio until he finally spoke” You got no idea what it’s like to be in love which someone who doesn’t know what the world looks like, Mad wrote in her diaries to keep her sane. Had to lie about taking her out dancing but the truth was JM had her carted away to another facility but Mad lost hope after that”.

Vera leaned closer” What really happened in there” as Antonio let out a sigh while flashing briefly back to his younger self “ Worse than you can imagine”.

Antonio is sitting next to Madison while he speaks” Brought you back something from the beach” as he pours sand into her hands” Imagine this warm while we walk down to the shore” while she breathes out looking down sadly. He stroked her cheek before Madison cries silently while holding her closer until she speaks” What’s that thumping”?
“My heartbeat” Antonio chuckles as she calms hearing that sound. Then upon hearing footsteps he cleans up the sand before Rebecca stands there” Heard you’ve been wondering around the halls don’t want the isolating chamber room do you Madison”.
“No” she replied shaking slightly. Antonio speaks up” Just took her for a walk for some exercise she’s like the rest of them; only person in here that is in their right mind”. Rebecca moves forward “Take her to Dr. Ops office now” before Antonio escorts Madison who is trying to spell something out in his hand; but he can’t do anything.

Inside Dr. Ops comes in before looking at her “How did you get out“?
What’s that supposed to mean” she asks before yelping out while he squeezes her wrists. Antonio remains still before the Dr Yells at him” Take her down to the Isolation behavior room”.
“ No” Madison cries” Don’t put me there, didn’t do anything wrong” as she stands up” Look I deserve to have a life outside of these walls; see what the world really looks like”. Dr. Ops calls in another orderly that grabs her while Madison feels scared” Don’t leave me down here”. Antonio then continues with his duties before later on bringing some food down seeing the horror pit with a long blood trail.
Behind a steel door Madison lies there shivering” Hey it’s me” he whispers spelling something out in her hand. She breathes out” Get me out of there before he hurts me”.
Antonio kisses her forehead before handing her some food before wrapping a blanket around her as she sniffles back seeing the bruises “ Remember what I told you about that house I saw on the trip, thinking about us together”.
Madison nods” How can I when I’m trapped here” as Rebecca stands there” Take her up”. After that is done Antonio sees how writing comforts her before planting a small kiss on her cheek” Hate going home without you with me, told everyone about how beautiful you are”.
Then a violent scream is heard as three orderlies wheel a stretcher down with a person thrashing around before Antonio notices Madison is lying on the floor in fetal position looking terrible scared.


Lilly’s eyes widen” Was Madison pregnant with Sara”?
“No three months before that happened, that pit was a death scene. After Mad got transferred to the black hole which everyone had called it; she couldn’t get out of bed for long time. Sara being stillborn made her so upset but don’t even know where she is buried; never got to kiss her for the first time. Mad stopped writing since JM forbid her to do that, but punished her even more”.

Vera stood up” know the address of the place” as Antonio shook his head” Had to be taken there on this truck like this was so secretive to them. Quit after finding out that this was a cult but by then couldn’t even see Mad anymore until finding her out in the woods looking dazed and confused beyond belief, but never knew what she had given birth to a second time”.

Lilly felt for Madison terribly” Why did you state she and you went dancing”?
“ Cause Rebecca would have killed me” Antonio sighed” Didn’t kill Madison wanted to marry her but these people made sure that didn’t happen, but every year I go back to the beach and think about her and Sara. Old now but I need answers about Madison’s death”.

Meanwhile Kat was in the room with Rebecca” You knew Madison was alive why set it up”.
The older woman shot her a look” To get ensure Antonio doesn’t speak about this; but she was sent away pregnant once again”.
“ What did Madison give birth to” Kat yelled as Rebecca’s face turned angry ” A girl born alive this time, made her give it up”.
“Not knowing her father could have given her a nice home with plenty of love”. Rebecca got up” Antonio was dumb for having kids with Madison, caught them together JM took care of that pretty quickly so did her parents. They tried to get her to see that Antonio was wrong for her”.

Kat let her have it” Antonio did love her even after they had lost Sara. You kept a woman from being with someone that loved her”.
“Don’t allow love in our place” Rebecca stated” Love to us is blind, we pretend it doesn’t exist. Tried to teach Madison that but she wanted that so much but even after her second daughter was born she sat there loving her. Little girl died at five years old”.
“From what” Kat asked
Rebecca sighed” I assumed she did but the truth was that I had someone drop her child off in the middle of nowhere. The little girl was crying scared but Madison was terrified until she disappeared during 1960”.

Luckily Stillman found that the little girl was picked by police and placed into foster care. Somehow when both he and Lilly arrived Megan Flore sat there looking at a picture” Was only five but that place gives me nightmares to this day. Can’t even speak about it, but my mother loved me a lot”.

Lilly nodded handing her a picture “That’s your father” as Megan looked at it” Heard a lot about him but she was still in love with him. Telling me stories about us as a family going together to a fair living in a nice house; but one day was awaked in the middle of a highway alone and cold. The only thing I knew was my name this was the first time I had ever seen the world”.

Stillman nodded” Your father is still alive” as Megan got up “I want to meet him but I want my mother’s case solved. She deserved happiness those people need to be stopped, they hurt her so much”.

Checking over the records in regards to the police statement when Megan was found; she was exhibiting signs of paranoia and nightmares attributed to being at that place. Lilly wondered if the cult had done something to her or to Madison; but still couldn’t figure out how this case which seemed to be puzzling everyone in the squad. Now they had to find Scotty but had no clues to go one but time was running out quickly while Lilly continued to focus on if Madison was in fact blind or was psychologically taught to think that.

Was it what George’s mother had or did Madison known in her head she could see? Holding that thought as Vera threw a file down” Turns out Antonio wasn’t born here in Philly but in Cuba”.
“Scotty’s Cuban but he was born here” Lilly replied” Maybe they abducted him because of that”?
Vera shook his head” Long shot Rush but his brother Manuel and grandmother came over illegally before magically becoming citizens their names don’t exist; been looking into things going on back then an came across this” opening up a file folder” Antonio hid from authorities learned English and pretended he was a citizen using these papers, until 1954 when he applies using Antonio Munoz “.

The blonde looked up” So Antonio could work for that place why”? Jefferies moved closer” Think it has something to do with the club manager; of the starlight hall down in Old City. Antonio was a regular singer while his brother ran an illegal gambling bit in the back”.
“Think JM has anything to do with this” Lilly asked seeing Vera nodding” My guess he tricked Antonio into working for him where he met Madison”.
Scotty’s head was so foggy due to him lying there in a cold damp room hearing violent piercing screams as a woman blotted his forehead. Turning around he quickly got to his feet seeing that she had red eyes knowing now this case was far from normal; calling it paranormal activity instead of the usual who done it case.

Then walking along a book fell out of nowhere inside was Madison‘s birth certificate showing her birth was in Ireland not in the United States.

However this was yet another trap, Madison was very much indeed born here; but much to their own surprise Scotty had ended up with a search warrant for Antonio’s apartment. Somehow while searching, there was something a bit off.

Inside one of the drawers were two pink baby blankets, but then his eyes spotted what appeared to be a knife? Perhaps love wasn’t that blind at all; at least in Madison’s court. She was normal by all means, but now maybe she had found out who Antonio was; and was trying to stop him.

As Lilly also looked around, she also found something startling in a small diary. With latex gloves already on, she then slowly began to read something out.

The whole thing was planned from the beginning to strip me of who I really am. Antonio did horrible things to be, which I’ll never forgive him for. He got me pregnant twice, but never really let me become a mother.

Sometimes I worry about them; knowing that one day he’ll brainwash them to do the same to all the others in here. My mother, aunt and uncle weren’t really mine; my real mother was killed horrifically when I was just born.

Come to think about it, I was lying there on the cold hard ground; wanting her.

All that my little body could feel was her warm, crimson blood; surrounding me. The people didn’t want me; they wanted her said that she was the chosen one. This place is a cult; demonic one that I have lived in for years but never believed.

I know after Antonio kills me, everyone who was in on it will stage and elaborate lie; in order to cover up what really had happened. Even his brother is part of the whole plan, and someday my daughters will.
I wanted to run away and give birth someplace else; but they chained me here. The blindness was just a ploy for them to play with my lonely heart.

See I have never really been loved, but it hurts me; everyday. My body can’t physically cry, but I sometimes wish that I was a ghost; that I could disappear into another world; one that I wouldn’t have to be afraid of .

The time is getting closer, but there is no more escaping. Both Sara and Megan are my only hope; but that’s all been faded. They never were really loved, I couldn’t even have a chance to really bond with them.


They were Antonio’s kids; and his were only there to serve and Everyone here made me think I was blind from birth; thinking that byagenda. If love was really that blind, than why was I such a fool? I feel for his fake love and for what I ask; nothing. them murdering my own mother, I somehow would be blind as well.

I know that it was a few hours after my birth, which she had died. I sometimes wonder if she really did love me or was she also part of this as well?

Looking up, Lilly then saw the same sign that had been there when Madison had died, “They tricked her Scotty”, before the lights then flickered out.

Just as the detectives then grabbed their guns, someone grabbed Lilly; before throwing her up against a wall. Luckily she fought hard; but he then looked wildly at her.

“Madison”, before Scotty threw him up against a wall, “What the hell do you know about her”?


The man remained chanting some odd things, while his eye looked piercing at Lilly. Shortly after cuffing and throwing him in the backseat. The whole scenario remained both of them of that long car ride with John Smith leering at them from behind.

Only now, Lilly had something to fear, she knew it wasn’t about herself but about getting justice to Madison whom was a very innocent person. Once back at headquarters, Lilly immediately threw herself into a fit of anger on this guy.

“Then why”, pushing herself closer to him, “Did you attack me, you knew Madison”, but instead got nothing from this guy.
Lilly wasn’t about to let him fool her, “ANSWER ME NOW”, practically screaming; which to Scotty whom was in the observation room; he knew her own intensity when trying to convey someone to tell the truth.

The man instead then grabbed her wrist; feeling the quickening beats from his fingers, “ You’ve always been afraid of me, admit it Madison”, his eyes now grabbling in madness before being thrown back in his chair.

Slapping a photo down of Madison, Lilly could tell why he thought she was her, “I’m not her; I certainly wasn’t alive during the 50’s”.
“Neither was I “, he growled, “You are her; reincarnated”.

Lilly wasn’t about to let some sick twisted guy; get into the depths of her mind, “WHERE IS HE, ANTONIO”, she shrieked.

The man resumed his chanting, before noticing now that Lilly was bleeding. Standing up he wasn’t about to let her blood come anywhere near him, “YOU HAVE THE BLOOD OF HIM”!!!!!!!

Just moments after he had been escorted down to the holding cells, Scotty could sense that Lilly was on to something, “Then why did Antonio come in wanting us to reopen the case”?

Vera looked up from reading more of her diary, “He knew we’d find something; much more important. Looking at the last two entries, this appears to be from a woman; but look here”, holding up other handwriting samples.

“Antonio wrote them”, Jefferies said, “Turns out that every member of that cult kills a mass number of people. Madison’s two daughters; Megan and Sara are all part of it. Sara was never dead; she was raised there to become evil”.

A cold fear rippled down Lilly’s spine, “Then we have now several serial killers on our hands, but I doubt that both Sara and Megan would kill their mother”.

Even Kat agreed, “This cult is tricky, a lot of traps and lies here. There’s only one problem, where did Antonio go”?
