Smilies bug

I've noticed a slight bug in the big animated smilies list that appears when you post a reply.
If you click on the "Thinking..." one you get (triumphant)
If you click on the "blowing out the candle" one to the left you get (triumphant)
If you click on the "Triumphant" one to the right you get (thinking)

The page source code shows that the array of variables is wrong. The link presented when you click the image is wrong.

These are the relevant lines, heavily edited, show the errors:

• smilie[77]="xlbirthday.gif | triumphant.gif"
  
• smilie[78]="050103think_prv.gif | triumphant.gif"
  
• smilie[79]="triumphant.gif | 050103think_prv.gif"
  

The first gif listed in each line is the one shown in the block of images, the 2nd is the link added to your post.

Could this be fixed?

Would it also be possible to add the smilies to the page when you preview your post? If you write a post and then preview it the smilies list is not shown.

heh, I originally did that as a prank and then left it because everyone was already using the two smilies. it was supposed to be a little sumthin those with the board realized. If you change it I think it won't revert them on the prior posts but will just show a smilie number in it's place --- unless PV.4 has a fix for it. They may very well have a code and if not maybe the next release (if they ever have one) will contain it.

Those graphics are stored as links to images, not codes that are translated as the page is created. So changing the code of the list won't change the way old posts show them. As long as the graphic exists at that address they will work.
