One of our members needs help with her Vista program. I'm not sure what version she has, but she is having problems with her java. I've researched what I could in trying to correct her problem, but it doesn't seem to work. She is unable to get into our chat room. It shows it's loading, but does not show the login board.
If anyone can help LongIsland2, please either post here or PM her.
I provided all I know in regards to Vista and java by posting a section of help from our Addon Support for chatroom in Our Chat Help board.
I would appreciate any help you can provide her.
