Does anyone know how to use PM aka Private Message? Because if you don't know or are not sure, here is an example of viewing your private message. This is near the bottom of the front page of the board in the "Info Center".
As you can see, this example indicates "310" messages and "0" new messages. If you go to the bottom of this board you will see this format of Your Instant messages. If there is a new message, it would indicate so. I would advise everyone to check once in awhile if you have received new messages and take the time to understand PM aka Private Message.
There is another option, if you wish to be notify instantly of any new messages. You can click on to where it asks you in your Private Message box and go to Preferences:
Would you like an alert box to notify you when a new private message has arrived?
No Yes Check "yes"

The reason I am pointing this out is b/c there are times we (mods/administrators) would like to notify our members of certain situations and in order to avoid posting a situation out in the open; we try to contact our members. Once we get a response or acknowledgement from a member, the matter is solved quietly and no embarrassment to anyone We would appreciate your cooperation. Thanks
