Well, we have a few people here so that's a good start. Others can join us when they want. First, we need to at least work out a few things. For one, a fan fic season won't be much good if we all do the same year or decade. I think it would help if everyone here would volunteer years they'd be interested in. Another thing to keep in mind is victims. Might be a good idea if we made sure we had some variety as far as victims. Old, young, boy, girl, baby, etc. Let's start with years. I'm going to step back and let you guys volunteer what years you might be interested in doing. I'll post a reply that will keep track of who has what year.

I have a true-life case that I want to do a take on so I would like to use 1976. The other case will probably be in the 90s, but I'm not committed to a year yet. I'm fine with waiting to see what everyone else wants and choosing a year in that deacde that no one else has yet.

I'm almost done with a '96 case, just a little more work and I'll be done, and I also want to do a 1971 case as well. And, not to be an ep hog, I'd like to do an ep with a full Beatles soundtrack, or something similar. Just some ideas.

I think I'd like to do a 60's case... but I have to think about it. And I wanna do it about an ANIMAL serial killer. I have to do some research first though.

Alright, so far we have the following years listed below.
TVFan: 1976
Falling: 1971 and 1996
Disasterfreak: Somewhere in the 1960s and an animal serial killer.
I'm going to PM some of the other fan fic people to see if they're interested. I'm going to go ahead and pick 1988. My fan fic will cover the stand-up comic boom of the late '80s. So the next question, What is the theme? We should make sure our episodes are different. Let me know what you guys are interested in doing.

I guess the cases should be all different, but we'll need to come up with the season long personal stuff together so there's some consistency.

I think maybe we should agree on what writing style to use. I guess they should all be scripts, and more or less the same length. We should also agree on the use of lyrics (should we or shouldn't we include them in the fics). What do you think?
And I think TV Fan is right. We have to kind of agree on a general personal storyline to follow. Maybe we should make that forum private?? So we can toss ideas without giving them away I mean.

The private forum idea sounds good. I sort of wanted people to be surprised. We should definitely agree on a writing style. For the most part, we all use a similar style to some extent. So the best idea would be to look back at the different fan fics we have and see what stands out.

Just a note on my Beatles fic, this will probably take a very long time to write, since I'm planning on making it a multi-year ep, and I have some very big plans for it. My '96 ep is almost done, so if we get this fic season started, that will probably be my first submission.
