I have met this State College, PA detective in person several times for a personal issue of stalking:

I was totally impressed with her professionalism and manner. She could star in a detective series.
This is a clip from a Domestic Violence case in State College, PA. Mariska Hargitay has a discussion at the conclusion. This is not a Cold Case so I could not put it out on the boards. But, luckily, we have an SVU section here on Look Again.
