Alas the show has been over and this entire board has been a "Read Only" for several years. But anyone coming here and reading about J O S I E S U T T O N must be aware that her name is referenced as the stalwart original cast members of this forum so did attest that this person is: DEFUNCT. A DEFUNCT DETECTIVE. The fans of the original 2003 show did not accept Jo Munk and so they rebelled refusing to give her just honor among the other ranks of Cold Case detectives while her successor "Tracie Thoms" was welcomed warmly.
We are so sorry """Josie chippy" chippy" chippy" Sutton that you were not embraced and we made fun of you in our Lilly's Bedroom and McGinty's Tavern where I (chippy) made most of my scarce appearances to liven the saddened fans of this wonderful series. But we have memorialized your character here {J o s I e S u t t o n} and it is part of the permanent record of Look Again with your very own forum.
To those reading any references to S A R A H (J O S I E) (S U T T O N) in the Episodes forum or any forum where this detective is mentioned---her name is comically censored to appease the faithful flock of Look Again. It is a fanciful nod, a humorous tribute to the actress who came to Cold Case but was left go as a detective for this series, not by the fans, but by those related to the show who made those decisions.
