Scotty walks up to Lilly's apartment and knocks on the door it was a dark cold October night.
Lilly Opened the door and said "Scotty what are you doing here"
Scotty said "Uh Lil there's something i gotta tell you"
Lilly said "What is it?"
Scotty said "Chris is back"
Lilly's anger was rising "How Long"
Scotty said "A Few Weeks"
Lilly said "My sister is back and you did not bother to tell me till now"
Scotty said "Look Lil I'm sorry i didn't want to stress you out after Everything that happened like Finding Brenda"
Lilly was still angry "So why tell me now"
Scotty said "I did not want Chris to move in with you after what happened to you"
Lilly said "I suppose your dating her again"
Scotty said "No I'm over that"
Lilly said "Go home Scotty this isn't helping my stress levels I was enjoying a peaceful night"
Scotty was Angry and Hurt he said "Fine Lil whatever" and he slammed the door and left
Lilly muttered "Stupid Scotty" and she sat down with Olivia and Tripod and began to read her book
Scotty wasn't too happy about what happened all he did was tell her what was going on but he knew that it was his fault he should have let her known before
He kept walking until something had struck him and he fell down when he looked up he saw a man getting on-top of him the man took his gun and cell phone and tied Scotty arms behind his back Scotty than screamed but he was gagged by some duct tape
the man lifted Scotty of the ground and put him in his car and they drove off until they reached a sketchy neighborhood the man stopped the car and he got out he pulled Scotty out of the car Scotty tried fighting him but it was no use he then started to make mmphh sounds under his gag hoping that people could hear him but the neighborhood was barren the man then chloroformed him
and dragged him into his house
The next morning Lilly walked into homicide as usual Nick and Will where arguing over a cup of coffee and Kat was also arguing with them but no Scotty she was a bit relived she did not feel like working with Scotty after what happened last night.
John walked out of his office and said "Lilly have you seen Scotty" Lilly replied "No I haven't he must be late or sick" John said "That's odd he usually calls when he's not here" John than called Scotty's phone and left a message "Scotty This is John let me know where you are"
In a dark cold basement Scotty sat on the cold floor bound and gagged he heard the phone ringing and tried to get to it but he couldn't move the man had tape on most parts of his body he also yelled through his gag that was useless too because the man had wrapped about 5 layers of tape around his mouth
the man walked into the room and smiled devilishly at his captive he decided not to answer the phone wanting everyone to know about this until later he than began to speak to Scotty "your boss called wanting to know where you are. he continued talking you've failed everyone like that Partner off yours you can't help her and Elisa you failed her too she wouldn't have committed suicide if it weren't for you and your brother Mike you couldn't just tell him you saw what happened you ruin everything you touch"
Scotty then felt tears roll down his cheeks he failed everyone Lilly, Elisa and Mike. he knew this was just mind games but he felt responsible
Back at PPD
John said "He's not picking up" Lilly said "Must of lost his phone" John said "Probably that's what happened
Two days later
Scotty was still missing so John decided to file a missing persons report and he had officers looking everywhere for him Scotty's parents and brother now walked in the office Rosa was being comforted by Ramiro and Mike. Will walked up to them and said "I'm sorry Mrs and Mr Valens but Scotty is Missing. Rosa said "My son is gone" as she sobbed into Ramiro's Embrace.Kat also walked up to them and said "Do you know where he might be" Mike said "No i don't know he was planning a trip to LA but didn't have enough money" Suddenly the telephone rang and Lilly picked up and said "Who is this" the voice answered "Lilly Rush i know your partner is missing don't worry because He's safe with me" the voice made an eerie chuckle Lilly said "Where are you keeping my partner" the man said "Ah Lilly you always expect answer's but i won't give you one because this game has just started" the phone hung up
The man got off the phone and walked over to Scotty an ripped the tape off his mouth. Scotty started gasping for air and he said "why are you keeping me here this is cruel" The man said "you have a bed and toilet and i don't plan on killing you anytime soon" Scotty said "This basement it's like John Smith's basements you must of know about him" The man said "I know all about the killers you face everyday like George Marks and John Smith and i plan on using their tactics" the color from Scotty's face drained "He knew he was going to be hunted in the woods and buried in the brick wall dungeons he said "So you've been watching me" The man said "Yes i have my name is Robert and your my 13th victim" he laughed Evily
