This board will be converting to the ProBoards newest version as soon as the Beta Testing is completed.
Currently this will not affect board members.
I will keep you posted on as to when the conversion will take place.

I am going to keep adding to this thread about the ProBoards v5 upgrade. Once the upgrade happens (which I will determine based on my Beta Testing) members will then be able to have a Global ProBoards account. The Global account is a requirement of v5 upgrade. At the very latest the Upgrade will happen December 31, 2013 as it will be a forced Upgrade by ProBoards at that date. See the following YouTube video viewed directly from the ProBoards web site for a very simple illustration of how to Login for the first time after the v5 upgrade. It's only 3:49 minutes long. v5 Global Account at First Login after the v5 UpgradeAs the video says, once the v5 upgrade occurs on your first LOGIN you will be asked to UPGRADE your account. This is Upgrading to the Global Account feature of v5. There are many other exciting new features to v5 which will be posted in the coming weeks. SUMMARY OF THIS POST
Look Again will be upgrading to v5 of ProBoards by December 31, 2013.
I will announce just before the upgrade here and in mass email just prior.
On your first Login after the upgrade you will have to do a few things because all accounts will now be Global accounts for ProBoards.

This forum will be converting to ProBoards 5 at the end of the year. If anyone has experience with coding and ProBoards, I'm looking for some help. My life is currently very busy with a relocation move. I'd like to keep the V4 look of the forum. Otherwise it will revert and lose the current template which means all the headers and banners.

This forum community has now been converted to ProBoards Version 5. I did not have time to do anything with the forum as my life has been busy. Originally I was just going to preserve the look of the forum but I just didn't have the time to devote to it.

With the ProBoard upgrade I didn't realize some things had changed. There were many pending requests for access to the forum and I just now have seen this and have approved all that have been waiting, unfortunately, for months. The new system does not allow me a visual look at the forum in the same manner to see there are new pending membership. So, now, I will check more often for membership requests.
