Danny Pino has been cast as the first actor in the new TV pilot for NBC, S.I.L.A.

The drama by Stephen Gaghan is based on the world of crime, law enforcement and politics in modern day Los Angeles. Danny will play Douglas Romero, a good surfer, and the partner of the lead detective Terry Mullins.

Danny is in the middle of surfing lessons for the role.
