One of the weakest season openers I can remember. I didn't really feel "into" the plot or the characters. I think the episode would have been better served being somewhere in the middle of the schedule.

Had to go with Free Love. The main problem with two part cases (which is why CSI did away with it) is that you can't get involved in the story at all. I couldn't feel for David because we never got to see enough of him.
Add that to the fact Free Love was basically a remake of several earlier Cold Case episodes...just didn't do it for me.
