So John taking Scotty's suspension for what?
The fact that Scotty told the father about the pictures mostly?
Or that Scotty broke the perimeter and went in the building after John got shot?
What was Scotty supposed to do after John got shot? What was that SWAT officer going to do?
Obviously, in real life they would talk to the guy holding the police hostage first, not just try to shoot at him.
Or did IAB kinda have it in for Scotty?
