Hello everybody!
It's that time of year again! It seems like just yesterday that we were all trying to come up with our nominations for the various categories for the Season 6 awards, and now here we are embarking on another awards' season. Things are going to work the same as they did in past summers. Beginning Sunday, May 23rd, we'll open one category a week during the nomination process. Once the category is open, you may begin submitting your top 5 picks in that category. Here's a breakdown of the rules:
*A new category will be opened each Sunday. Older categories will NOT close, so feel free to "catch up" on open categories at any time.
*You may submit UP to 5 nominations for each category
*Be sure to read the instructions carefully for each category. Instructions will be posted at the top of each category post.
*Have fun! This is a special year for the awards since it is also, sadly, the last. With the untimely cancellation of the show, this is a great chance to honor the show with what we liked from season 7 -- the final season of the series.
At the end of the nominating process, we'll post the final polls where the top 5 nomination-getters will battle it out for the 6th Annual Best of the Season Awards!! Any questions? Post them here.

Why is there no Best Performance(Kathryn) & Best Performance (Non-Kathryn)? TVFan has been working on setting up all the categories and has not completed that process yet. I believe there are approximately 17 categories. |

I went ahead and opened two categories because I will be out of town later this week/next week. So, Best Recurring Guest Star and Best Guest Actress are now open!

Maybe I just can't see but what about Louie Amante (Doug Spinuzza)?
Would he be Guest Cast or Recurring Guest Star? I don't see him in either category?

Nice catch, Naj. Thank you for finding that oversight. You know what happened? The press release listed him as a "recurring guest star," so I didn't have him on my list when I copied and pasted from that release. I wanted him in the Best Guest Actor this season since he was only in the one episode. Thanks again for finding that!  |
