What bothers me is that the writers knew this could happen and they didn't give us a PROPER ending.
I hope at least we get a mid season or something to wrap things up or a TV special, IDK. I wanted closure!

But, it did end properly! See, Scotty did something very bad, and now we must speculate about his fate. Lilly reconciled with her sister, and is now an aunt. Nick is...umm...getting back with his first wife? Jeffries might be...retiring? Stillman is going to continue being Lt.
Err... yeah, that's all I've got.

It's not official until the scedules come out...but he's usually not wrong. How sad they couldn't see fit to give it one more year.

About Nick, I don't think they said anything other than the episode he came back that he was helping his ex-girlfriend. But never got the sense he was going back to her.
I think either Stillman stays as Lieutenant and maybe in the fan fiction world is a bit more stricter on his staff when he hears about things they did.. whoa..
But I can see Jefferies retiring though.
EDIT: I forgot, Kat is letting Veronica see her dad twice a month.

That really sucks if it is cancelled.
I guess it could have been worse - they could have blown the whole cast up or something. Or had them all killed by vampires.
