I have to wonder reading the casting call lists for episodes 7X18 and beyond... is someone on the show getting ready to leave or is going to be fired?
The only reason I ask is that FBI agent's Cavanough and Yates seem to have wayyyy too much of a major role in the episodes they appear in and are basically replacing Valens as Rush's partner. That and in the latest episode it seems Vera and Valens are stuck to investigating simple burglaries instead of cold jobs. What does everyone else think?
P.S. I hope I'm wrong. It's bad enough the whole team hasn't been together since Episode two of this season. To lose one of them for good... unthinkable.

What make me fear we're right is also the fact that usually two part episodes are dramatic episodes, and that this FBI agent Cavanough shows up exactly in episode 07x19; so... if something happens to one of the squad, it happens in episode 07x18. I truly hope it is not Stillman: that would be terrible, for Lilly. But IMO, if writers are doing this....well, it would be much better not to do a seventh season at all. |

If they're gonna ruin the show just don't do another season. What was "magic" of Cold Case is that we have had almost the same cast since the beginning and now this? Please stop and cancel it if you're gonna be like that. Vera, Miller or Stillman? who could be? Maybe Miller if they're gonna bring another female agent-That's a really stupid move. |

I hope not.. Jefferies is one of the best characters on the show. All of them are good in their own way.
