I read part of the Casting Call list... it says Lily Rush is dating her half-brother?! That has to be a misprint.

I agree... no WAY would they take Lily down that route. I think she' s being a mentor to him, not dating him.

I have to believe that whole thing is a misprint; otherwise, that's just messed up.

According to the guy who runs the site, that's exactly what it said. I could see Lily being a mentor to her half brother but I don't think KM nor the producers of CC would have Lily go down the incest route. Besides that, he's barely 16 and I don't think Lily would do that after the traumas of her life.

For those of you who don't want to see the main players in this but want to read about the dating thing... go straight to the bottom. The name will be celeste c.

I suppose it's possible that perhaps Paul isn't Finn's biological father, though even then, that would still be pretty creppy (not to mention illegal). I suspect, perhaps an error on the casting call itself, rather than the site that posted it. Perhaps InsideR could put this in context as well... As for the episode, it looks promising. Episodes that start with "The Good..." tend to be, well, good. (ie. "The Goodbye Room", "The Good Death")

I also think they meant a mentor or something along those lines, guess Finn is just like his big sister and probably they get along great.
One thing striked me as odd when I read Celeste part...Lilly stood them up for dinner. She actually did that in Hoodrats already once (as far as we know). But in episode November 22nd Rush was mad that Cooper is heasitating in introducing her to the family, that [Rush] is not some mistake [Cooper] has to hide... I personally assume that Rush didn't meet any of her extended family yet and will not meet them (except Finn) at least untill 7x11...Now, what made writers change Lilly's needs/wishes? Is it the fact that Moe is out? Or something else? Any thoughts on that?

Is it the fact that Moe is out? Or something else? Any thoughts on that? They address this in a recent KM interview. You can read the whole thing in the "season 7 spoilers" thread, but here's the relevant blurb from her: KM: Reflecting on the seven years, Lilly, in the beginning, had no personal life. "Don't ask me about my diary! Don't ever look at my cat with the one eye! Just leave me alone!" As time has gone on, her mother drank herself to death and now with her father she's having blow ups at him and he's still stuck around and they kind of like each other. There's a respect and there's caring and love there so now I think she's going to let somebody in and the way it's going to play out there's going to be some other drama that goes on with her dad and his other children and what's my role in that. It stirs some old feelings but also opens some possibilities to not be so brooding and by myself. Maybe that family dinner wouldn't really kill me but I might learn something about myself. Maybe I'll actually put a case down for a minute and might gain something. Maybe I'll be a better cop if I took a night off for the crazy family dinner.

Another thought occurred to me.. I think they meant a mentoring role. From the sounds of Celeste's descripation, I don't think she'd be okay with a brother dating his sister. Just my option lol.

I think they meant a mentoring role. i really really hope so, it would make more sence that way! as for the whole lilly standing them up thing id say she just got cold feet, like KM said in the interview its a big change for lilly and she needs to think about it!

maybe I'm looking at it the wrong way but since she meet Cooper to the November 22nd episode thats aproximately 5months? maybe 4 mo? and she got mad about postponing the meeting. Now from the accident (S6 finale) to 7x11 thats another 5mo give or take and now Lilly's the one to postpone...I realize it's a big change...on the other hand it's 'nice' way to show that Lilly took after her father

I agree but cutting out the rest of the family that wants to meet her to get back at Dad... just seems wrong to me..

maybe I'm looking at it the wrong way but since she meet Cooper to the November 22nd episode thats aproximately She first met her father in 6X11- Wings Lilly dating Finn has to be an error, Lilly's dating Saccardo right?? Her brother is 16, that can't be possible.
