In a season 4 episode 20 (Stand up and holler) a song played during the scene where Joe draws an atom on Rainey's knee, and they discuss about some things.. but anyway, I looked EVERYWHERE for a song that plays in the background, but I couldn't find it.
It goes something like:"And I can barely breathe without, without you and everytime she .......(something xd)
.......on the frozen empty streets"
Please if anyone know what I'm talking about help me to find this song, cause it's been haunting me for almost two weeks : /
And sorry for opening a new thread, but I'm already desperate xd

I believe it's "Something's Always Wrong" by Toad the Wet Sprocket. That's just going based on the songs listed from that site and what the scene was where that song was played.

I've checked on that site too and the song is not listed there, it's under a question mark. And it's not "Something's always wrong", that's played a bit earlier in that episode. But thanks for replying and trying to help  I guess I'll have to write to the music supervisor for Cold Case. When I get the answer I'll let you know what's the name of that(amazing) song, in case someone else is interested |
