Read below:Now everyone is to be directed to the CBS site from all the websites that have Cold Case (those sites are listed all throughout this thread). Byrdman is supposed to go through this thread and go to all those places and make a post directing them over to his thread on the CBS site. If others would like to help with this please feel free to do so. It doesn't matter if others go to all these places and make the first post or go and post in addition to Byrdman. So check with Byrdman. You can private message him. Or just go and do it! ;D Be proactive!  If you have done something else like niiny's making a "Cold Case Fans Want a Season 8" video then niiny should go over to the thread Byrdman has posted at CBS and add the link to niiny's effort. THEN everyone who has a YouTube account should go and subscribe to niiny's video! As well it would be nice if our members of Look Again could display banners, avatars and siggy's promoting a Season 8 in our profile. There is a thread started in the Fan Art forum for artists to submit those banners Here. I am sending out a mass email today to our membership regarding this effort so look for it. We (Look Again) could also have a forum banner displayed asking for a season 8. If you want to make a banner for that it should be 700x200 and submit it on the thread over in Fan Art or private message me or email me: najara12000@yahoo.com or lookagainboards@yahoo.com. Look Again Staff will choose which banner is used if more than one is submitted. HEREIf I think of something else I'll just post on this thread. So -- go forth and spread the word! There's a new episode tonight and today would be a good day to begin promoting this effort! Nothing will happen unless you involve yourself in this. This may be the one and only chance we have to let CBS know of our interest in another season.

Well, if you all head over to the Fan Art and Video section, you'll see I posted 4 signatures and 4 matching avatars that are for the "Cold Case Effort" effort. Usual disclaimer applies, meaning if you want to use them on another forum to show support for the show....please don't say you made them. That would suck.

Hello boys and girls!  Hey, it's the Byrdman coming at you on this rocking Sunday - I hope that you are all having good weekends, just as I am! Just to let you know, I posted a thread on the Cold Case TV.com site, and the KM and Cold Case IMDB pages - hopefully that will help a little further. And could someone please help with the fan sites? I was having a little trouble with those. I have seen a couple of responses to my thread on the CBS.com site, and 134 views! Wow! I hope that our efforts only expand the reach on it, and the impact it has. Let's unite for Season 8, boys and girls! Have a rocking Sunday! |

Good day everyone! Hello, and thank you all again for your efforts here! This is the beginning, but I hope that we can keep up the drive! In the meantime, anyone who tells anyone else about this effort or my thread - please ask that they register on the CBS.com site and post threads in mine about the S8 drive. I have seen that many people have posted on the Save Cold Case petition - that is good, but they need to post on the CBS.com thread too! That is essential, we are going right to the source with this effort, so please have everyone you talk with to register on the CBS.com site and add to my post for Season 8. Thank you. Received the following from Naj from the Look Again Cold Case Board for Kathryn Morris asking for our help:
I am writing to you because there is an effort beginning today and running, initially, the months of March and April to let CBS know that fans of this drama series are interested in a season 8. We are asking that everyone that is a fan and cares to see another season of Cold Case take just a few minutes to go the the CBS Community Boards and post on Byrdman's thread titled: "Fans Support Season 8!" Also at this link are links for snail mail to CBS Executives and a petition. We strongly encourage a letter as well. This may be the one and only chance for fans to be heard so we hope they will take the time to be heard and counted.

Hi Kassandra! Hey, girl! GREAT job getting "Finn" to help with our efforts! Do you think that you could provide him a link to my thread on CBS.com and ask him to post there please? Just an extra move that could help - I see my thread is now up to 2 pages! Keep the replies coming everyone! And thanks so much for your help so far! I am planning on a mass email to CBS day in mid to late March (March 23 sounds like a good day) - and people can of course write to CBS whenever they feel like it through the coming months. By the way, I'm somewhat unfamiliar with the social networking sites - Facebook, Twitter - I have never been to or used any of them. Dear Kassandra, Hey, girl! Thanks so much for your help with this! I think that you can call the group a simple title - like "Cold Case Fans" or "CC for a Season 8!" - something like that. The information that I would like to be posted (are you going to Tweet this, post it on Facebook, or something else?) is a basic notification of our efforts and my thread on the CBS.com site. The message should be something like: Cold Case fans - there is an effort for another season that needs your help! We are taking our cause directly to CBS and we are letting them know directly our desire for another season of the wonderful series Cold Case. Here is a link to Byrdman's thread on the CBS.com site - please register for the CBS site (it's free!) and add to Byrdman's post letting CBS know that you would like to see a Season 8 of Cold Case! www.cbs.com/forum/posts/list/103968.pageThis effort will be continuing throughout March and April and will be continuous. Let's unite for a Season 8, Cold Case fans! And then another post for the mass emailing days: Cold Case fans - Hello again! This will put you in touch directly with management, so please be kind and respectful in your letter, but the more the better for the effort of saving our favorite show for another season.
