Seriously Lily, listen to Dr. Ninja on this one. Nothing good can come of you having that gun in your apartment. Nothing.

Lilly, keep the gun, just in case.

I missed this episode due to being sick... could someone clarify for me about the gun? Is it hers for extra protection, or is it somehow connected to Moe?

Here's in short what happened. Eddie gave Lilly an untraceable gun as a present; so that should the need arise she can use it to shoot Moe. Lilly takes the gun, and says she has to think about it. Next day, Lilly tells Eddie that she dumped it in the river.
Actually she kept it.

Aha, that helps so much, thanks Rev. I think it would have shown a huge character advantage for Lilly if she had actually dumped the gun, and they had shown her doing it. She should know that no gun is really untraceable, and that her history with Moe would make her the primary suspect anyway, untraceable gun or not.

Excatly Trublu, that's my problem with it. We all hate Moe but he is still innocent until proven guilty. If Moe came banging on her door, she has her police issused gun to use. The gun he gave to her..isn't for protection but more for committing an murder and trying to get away with it. There is no justfication for that in my mind.
