Each season since CC has aired I've noticed more running over (it seems). But it's just more noticable since CC began airing in the 9 pm slot and now since CC is in the 10 pm slot - it's worse. I do not remember much about Without A Trace being bumped from the line up last year. Does anyone recall? In any event, with all the minute referring that goes on in these football games with the replays, etc., the games have obviously eaten a larger chunk of prime time Sunday evening television than they have done, say, 3 years ago and further back. byrdman would know this information more precisely I'm sure ;D It's the NFL or CBS or someone who has control of this that needs to intervene because it's ruining those shows ratings (imo).

As I said in the other thread, there really isn't much the NFL can do. They play each game by the same rules, rules that haven't really incurred any drastic changes in recent memory that would result in games taking up more time. It's really just poor scheduling on CBS's part trying to squeeze in that one last scripted show on the night.
