Why does this show always make me cry? I liked this episode very much, especially the choice of music. Plot-wise, the promos made it seem like the wife did it, so I was pretty sure she didn't, which left the best friend. The crowding scene was hilarious, and I loved the Scotty-Lilly interaction. We got more insight into Scotty's past with Alyssa this week, I wonder when we'll get to learn more about Lilly? What's the name of the song that played during the flashback where the kid runs over Greg? It's slipping my mind at the moment. The song at the end was "Hands", by Jewel, and that plus the mother-son hugging scene had me blubbering like a fool.

Welcome, boonerd10116! I hope you're having fun on this forum like I am! However, I do not understand the post you just made. It might have been a mistake, but you quoted misguidedfreak and did not add a comment. ~lolgirlyy

I liked this episode and I guess Tani or Tami was it? I guess she has stayed off alcohol or something.
It was sad that Mel killed himself but I liked the crowding scene though.
Nick and Will are so smart, Will goes to the back and catches him.. It was nice that we got more of Scotty and Elisa and he is finally talking about it.

Good episode. The new millennium was a big event, so it was good to center an episode around it.
I really liked how the case progressed. I liked Greg- he was a nice guy who loved his wife and son. I liked Susan so I was glad she wasn't the killer. I do feel sorry for the actress- I've seen her in dozens of crime shows, and she's always playing the widow, and usually badly injured as well. In this case she just lost two husbands.
Loved learning a bit more about Gil Sherman. Liked Tammy, and glad she was able to stick with AA. It was an interesting way to bring in a case.
Liked the weapon of choice being a slow poisoning. It made a nice change from the heat of the moment killings. Poison is usually a woman's method (or is that a myth?), so I can understand why Susan looked suspicious.
Glad that awful guy from the neighborhood was locked up so the rest of the neighborhood could live in peace.
Interesting to see Scotty making friends with the police dog in the ending montage. We never saw Scotty with dogs again, did we? I could see Scotty being a dog person.
