This episode is reairing Sunday July 24th at 8:00pm. This was a so,so ep for me but the music was very good and who can forget the infamous red dress. ;D

Good evening everyone, Hey, this is the Byrdman just coming at you tonight.  I hope that everyone is doing well, and that you are all ready for a rocking week as well! I know I am!  I just wanted to say that I am REALLY looking forward to this repeat tonight. Granted, Lilly goes through a tough time with her sis (poor girl), but the music in this ep is AWESOME! ;D I love the way it begins, with "Do You Believe In Magic?" by the Lovin Spoonful. Excellent song, one of my all-time favorites, it's just so happy! ;D "Believe in the magic of a young girl's soul. Believe in the magic of rock and roll. Believe in the magic that can set you free! Do you believe, like I believe?" Wow, it gets me fired up just thinking about it! Plus, "Lay Lady Lay", "Touch Me", "California Dreaming" and several other hits. I didn't rewatch this one last night, but I remember it having a very solid soundtrack. Thanks for reminding me of all the great tunes, byrdman. I thought this episode was another display of Kathryn's tremendous talent.

Agreed, another solid performance by KM, but the girl always does well, in my opinion. Plus, believing in that magic of girls, right, TVFan? Hey guys!
I caught the re-run of this last night, and I'm glad I did. This episode had some great scenes in it, along with some great music. Before I watched the re-run, all I could remember about this episode was that infamous red dress. Which, I guess is pretty pathetic that all I would retain from an episode would be a dress Lily wore.....
I just can't get past the dress.

Good day everyone, Merry Christmas to all! It's the Byrdman happily coming to you on this special day. I hope that everyone is doing well, and that all are having a great time with family as well. Oooh, another Christmas present is the fact that this ep is airing tonight! I LOVE all of the great music in this ep! Believe it or not but I was able to tune in for this rerun. That rocker guy is such a hunk! The brother that killed his sister was very self centered. It's not like he didn't have his parents around but his reasons were that his sis was the only one that understood him. How about writing a letter?
Anyhow and I apologize if some don't find this funny ...but the scene with Lilly and her sister ... well I think I noticed something I hadn't before. When Lilly finds out Chris has been with Scotty her eyes crossed when she got mad. Also I've forgotten how ugly her temper is. So if you have this taped, go to the Lilly/Chris scene and tell me what you think.

I didn't notice lily's eyes crossing but I did notice how ugly her temper is. Actually, I love seeing emotions coming from characters like these. I watch other "crime" shows and the characters have no depth, no feelings whatsoever.

I didn't notice lily's eyes crossing but I did notice how ugly her temper is. Actually, I love seeing emotions coming from characters like these. I watch other "crime" shows and the characters have no depth, no feelings whatsoever. |

It may have just been the light for one split second. That's a nasty temper she has. It reminds me of my real life family. It's kinda scary. I suppose part of Lil's nasty temper comes from the fact that she keeps all those emotions bottled up, so when she lets them out it happens like this. I thought it was scary too. But it made Lil a lot more real for me... everyone explodes every now and then. |
