I think that cause is close to her heart. I read somewhere KM saying that she comes from the long line of farmers and skin cancer is common in her family. I believe she also said that her father has it.
Happy she gets involved in causes she believes in!

Wow, this is great news!

KM is lending her support to a wonderful cause - and highlighting one of her beautiful qualities as well.

It's so cool for her to lend her support to this. You can tell that she believes in it and that she will bring a great presence to this "Sun Safety Alliance." Rock on, KM!

Km wasn't at the photoshoot last week. I guess they've got another actress in addition to KM who's doing some photos. The cool thing is that they're posting some behind the scenes shots here:

So hopefully when KM does her shoot, we'll get to see her in some behind-the-scenes shots.

I thought I read that KM did the shoots sometime back In June, if I wasn't mistaken

You're right, Li2... The press release said :

"She will be photographed by Larsen and Talbert Wednesday, June 8th, 2009."

But June 8th was a Monday Since the press Release came out July 5th, I figured that they actually meant July 8th (which was a Wednesday.)

I am very excited for KM because this cause is so big and close to her heart and mine!

I have very fair skin like her and i have to wear sunscreen everyday just so that I do not burn.

I can't wait to see her photoshoot, she looks amazing everytime!
