It's a shame that you were *forced* to pause the DVD, study the image, rewind and repeat for hours on end just to bring the rest of us that all-important visual for your story. Flicka Rental: $2.99 Sponges To Absorb Drool: $.99 Getting The Details Just Right: Priceless

I could stop staring when he came on, especially with that scene. I think I must have paused my TiVo twice just to look how hot he was. It's funny I never deleted that movie yet, wonder why?

;D Y'all, I have a problem. I bought Flicka tonight.
In my defense, it was on sale for ten bucks at Target, and it was worth every penny, especially for the blooper reel. I wasn't expecting to see Danny in the blooper reel, considering that his part in the movie wasn't that big, but, y'all...Danny basically IS the blooper reel. He's absolutely hysterical. Like I said, worth every penny.

Wow, this was a nice surprise! Thank you very much for the pictures/clips :-) I was actually forced to buy Flicka (what a shame ) as you can’t seem to rent it here and it hasn’t been on the TV, but I didn’t think to watch the special features. What a mistake that was! So, thank you very much to everyone for mentioning the blooper reel, it was hilarious! My sister and I watched it and then spent most of the rest of the day saying “I’m gonna go… kick-start the karaoke machine” to each other every time we left the room. It's the simple things in life... :-)

"Don't say anything, just get on" Glad someone else caught that line! I rather enjoyed it. And belated adulation to you for posting all this. Your ladies are all very happy, and it sure makes...er...research...more convenient! ;D I watched a tiny snippet of the director's commentary, and during the "sexy beast" scene, he said that the two guys who played Jack and Gus had a ton of fun, and that they were both hilarious. The director went on to say that he wished they'd given Jack and Gus more to do (hear hear!!!!) and that they joked about making a sequel all about them. (Insert your favorite Brokeback Mountain joke here, because according to the director, everyone on set sure did). Okay, I'm gonna go...check out that potato chip collection. They got one that looks like Elvis!

"Don't say anything, just get on" Glad someone else caught that line! I rather enjoyed it. I'm glad someone else got that. I deliberately edited video to remove a shot of the woman's husband, who she was actually talking to, to add some ambiguity as to who she was talking to

Research for fanfic: it's a dirty job, but somebody's gotta do it. I thought you were doing well finding a genuine Cuban breakfast Scotty could cook Lilly the morning after, and now I find you've had to stare endlessly at Danny Pino with his shirt off. Cellogal, you've really gone above and beyond. Talk about suffering for your art. ;D

Cellogal, you've really gone above and beyond. Talk about suffering for your art. ;D Well, ya know...attention to detail is very important in writing. So whatever I have to do, be it combing through recipe sites on the Internet, digging out my old high school Spanish textbook, or studying a shirtless Danny Pino, rest assured I will find a way to buckle down and do it. I owe it to all of you, my faithful readers. You deserve nothing less. ;D

So I wasn't the only person was studying a shirtless Danny Pino.

As a reader, I completely agree with cellogal - all that detail is necessary for us to be able to visualize what’s going on in the story, whether it’s what Scotty’s cooking for breakfast or how he looks with his shirt off I’m impressed by your dedication to the job! If only all “studying” was like this… I’m sure I’d get a heck of a lot more work done!

Ladies, ladies. Am I going to have to hose you all down to cool you off? Such ogling of someone from a TV show is hardly the sort of thing we can allow around here... What...? Do I...? Oh, yes, I take your point Continue ladies. ;D
