I notice this season's ending with 23 episodes, like the first three seasons did. No twenty-fourth episode like season four (which, overall, was my favorite season).

Reading that...wow I'm excited for this episode. Maybe, just maybe it'll be better than 'Thrill Kill'. The idea of Lilly's origin story being accompanied by Pearl Jam's music...yes, I'm excited.

a 57 year old case is old for me. People here have different opinions

I consider really old from 1910, 1920, 1930, 1940
50's not old enought at least for me

I think they should do an episode that ties into the Titanic. I know it's really old, but you don't need the people around to tell the story. But seriously, to do consecutive cases from the 20's and 30's would get pretty tough after a while. I personally don't care what year the case is as long as it tells a great story. And by the way, the fourth season was my favorite too.

I like season 4 too.
I mean: I don't want to see old cases (1910-1940) all the time but it's sad the season is gone and the oldest case was from 1951... This has been the only season without any case 1949 or before

I also think It has to do with the economy. It's too expensive to make an episode from 1930's

I'm sorry, but I don't buy that one bit. There are no cases from the 1930s because the writers chose not to incorporate that era into this season. It has absolutely nothing to do with the economy, seeing as these shows were written and filmed before the economy started to dip.

It could be like what George had done " The woods", made her talk about what happened to her. Stillman in 1980, I think this may have something to do with Lilly being attacked when she was ten.
